Evaluation Of Cultivated Land Quality In County Based On Ecological Correction

According to the 19 th CPC national congress,ecological environment security is an important guarantee for the sustainable and healthy development of the economy.With the implementation of the ‘quantity,quality and ecology' cultivated land protection,the evaluation of cultivated land quality has been improved from understanding the quality of cultivated land to ecological protection and ecological restoration.It has been an important goal to measure cultivated land quality effectively and grasping the changing trend of cultivated land quality.With the launch and implementation of the land improvement,improving the quality of cultivated land has become an vital solution of food security and promotion of the sustainable development of agriculture.Hulin,located in the northeast of China,is one of the green agricultural production base of Heilongjiang.The evaluation of cultivated land quality based on the natural background condition of cultivated land and its ecological and health factors,build the roadmap of the revision of permanent basic farmland demarcated results and the improvement of land planning and land ecological protection and restoration.This article is based on the consideration of sustainable development,land evaluation,land ecological,and farmland classification and grading land resource optimal allocation theory,using the comprehensive index evaluation method and the "1+X" summation method,using the comprehensive index model and the cultivated land comprehensive quality evaluation model with ecological correction.The aritcal reviewed Hulin farmland natural quality and comprehensive quality evaluation,and provided comments and recommendations about the cultivated land quality protection and the countermeasures of ascension,from the perspective of ecological reconstruction and ecological restoration points of view.The results are as follows:1.Evaluation of natural quality of cultivated land.Evaluation indexes were selected considering the topography and landform,soil properties and cultivation conditions of Hulin,and comprehensive index model was used to evaluate the natural quality of cultivated land of Hulin.The evaluation results showed that the natural quality score of Hulin was between [80,97],indicates the natural quality of cultivated land was fairly good.2.Evaluation of cultivated land quality based on ecological correction.The natural quality evaluation results were modified from the biological characteristics and health status,and with which the cultivated land ecological evaluation index system was constructed.Based on the cultivated land health status coefficient,the cumulative model of "1+X" was used to calculate theintegrated quality index of cultivated land after ecological correction.The results showed that the comprehensive quality score of cultivated land in Hulin was between [66,113],the maximum value of the comprehensive quality index was 16 points higher than the maximum value of the natural quality index,and the minimum value of the comprehensive quality index was 14 points lower than the minimum value of the natural quality index.The comprehensive evaluation score of cultivated land quality [96,113] was designated as excellent cultivated land with an area of425791.83 hectares,accounting for 98.39% of the total cultivated land area,the comprehensive quality of cultivated land was significantly improved.The good farmland as designed with a score of [81,95] and an area of 4391.06 hectares,accounting for 1.01% of the total area,the comprehensive quality of cultivated land was similar with the natural quality.The medium cultivated land as designed with a score of [66,80] and an area of only 2589.53 hectares,with very few cultivated land decreased due to ecological and health factors.3.Analysis on the influence of ecological correction on natural quality of cultivated land.The comprehensive quality index of cultivated land in Hulin is [66.113],the maximum value of the comprehensive quality index is 16 points higher than the maximum value of the natural quality index,and the minimum value of the comprehensive quality index is 14 points lower than the minimum value of the natural quality index.In general,the gain effect of ecological correction on the natural quality index of cultivated land is far greater than the loss effect.The area that ecological correction has a gain effect on the quality of cultivated land is 430,182.90 hectares,accounting for 99.4% of the total area.The ecological correction had a loss effect of only 2,589.53 hectares,accounting for 0.6% of the total area.The improvement of the comprehensive quality of cultivated land is mainly affected by the healthy level of land,but the ecological characteristics of land shows a downward trend,and the protection of cultivated land is extremely urgent.4.Analysis of influencing factors of cultivated land quality in hulin city.According to the dominance model analysis,the main advantages of Hulin farmland natural quality are their field slope and terrain,organic matter content,irrigation guarantee level.While the main advantages of Hulin comprehensive quality are their irrigation water environment quality,soil heavy metal content,soil beneficial trace elements.The measures to improve the quality of cultivated land include establishing of demonstration areas aiming reducing fertilizer quantity and increasing efficiency,optimizing of farming conditions,improving disease prevention standards,and transforming agricultural development.According to the index obstacle degree analysis,the main pain points of cultivated land in some plots are poor soil structure,low organic matter content and thin effective soil layer thickness.These obstacle factors shall be considered when making the countermeasures of quality improvement.The evaluation of cultivated land quality in Hulin based on ecological correction results can better reflect the actual situation of cultivated land of Hulin,and put forward the countermeasures of cultivated land protection from the perspective of ecological protection and ecological restoration,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources.
