Study On The Cultivation Of Agricultural Application Talents In Agricultural Vocational Colleges

With the development of the socialist new rural construction,"three agriculture"problem is more and more prominent,problems become to be solved urgently.You first need to solve the"three rural issues"excellent applied talents with professional knowledge of agricultural guide agricultural practice.On the one hand,through personnel training mode of continuous innovation,our country agriculture higher vocational colleges has trained many compound and applied talents,for the development of rural society conveying a batch of high level of outstanding personnel.But on the other hand,the current our country agriculture for agricultural cultivation of applied talents in higher vocational colleges can’t meet the needs of rural construction,is not conducive to the development of rural economy and social progress.This article mainly studies our country agriculture for agricultural vocational talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,mainly divides into four parts:the first part is mainly based on the background of the current our country higher agricultural education,and connecting with the domestic and foreign literature,to define the concept.The second part is the current agricultural research situation of applied talents training in higher vocational colleges,research object is the agricultural vocational colleges students and agricultural enterprises,the research method is questionnaire survey,through the research analysis,found that the current agricultural results and problems of applied talents training in higher vocational colleges,such as no clear orientation training target,training mechanism,the lack of scientific,lack of practical teaching and cultivate talents quality is not high,lack of funds and policy support,etc.The third part of the developed countries such as America’s agriculture applied talents training mode of analysis and discussion on the theory and practice,summarizes the successful experience for reference,for our country agriculture applied talents cultivation to enlightenment.The fourth part is based on the analysis of the three parts before,aiming at the existing problem of our country agriculture applied talent cultivation put forward the concrete solution,including talent management mechanism and assessment mechanism,personnel training and teaching system,education target,education idea,fund and policy guarantee,etc.
