| With the economic development,physical health is getting more and more attention,currently China is accelerating the development in forest wellness base.National laws,regulations,standards,certifications,etc.are gradually improving due to the development of the forest wellness base.And as people more and more interesting at life quality,the importance of forest wellness base has become increasingly prominent.So,it is urgent and important to study the theoretical construction and development of the forest wellness base.Base on the references from both home and abroad,relevant documents of the country,locality and forestry,combine with questionnaire survey method and experts scoring,established evaluation index system of forest wellness base in this paper.The index system divided into 4 levels containing the target layer(1 index),project layer(2 index),factor layer(8 index)and indicator layer(25 index).First of all,the assessment Standard was set up on the basis of the index system.And applying the method of AHP(Analytic hierarchy process)to confirmed the index weight.Furthermore,take three forest wellness base as an example,the calculated weight values and their sort scores were obtained according to the evaluation models.In order to verify the reliability of the above results,applying the grey target decision to evaluated the construction level of the same forest wellness base,and the calculating results are almost equal with each other.At the same time,the grade of the construction level was obtained in this paper.Finally,some points for attention were proposed about construction of forest wellness base according to the evaluation results.Research and evaluation of the assessment standards of the construction level is helpful to the development of forest wellness base.Finally,it reaches the goal of promote construction by evaluation and constantly improve construction level during the project management process,and more attention should be paid on its construction. |
