This article addresses the issues of low compression efficiency,low density of molded reed blocks and vulnerable compression mechanism of current reed bundling equipment,fully considering the national sustainable development strategic goals and the economic value of reed materials,based on reed compression characteristics to develop the design and research of the reed compression and packing device.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Experimental study on compression properties of reed materials:Combining the basic theory of grass material compression at home and abroad,the compression characteristics Theoretical analysis and experimental research of reed materials were carried out.Compression tests were carried out on the reed materials with three equal moisture contents of 13%,15%and 17%and equally divided.The reed materials are subjected to the pressure and compression displacement,pressure and compression density,compression density and bulk modulus during the compression process,and the curve graph and mathematical model are constructed to address the relationship between compression density and bulk modulus.Optimize the solution by fitting the mathematical model,calculate the theoretical optimal compression density value(259kg/m~3)and the corresponding theoretical optimal pressure value(0.24MPa),the data obtained is the maximum pressure to be applied to the key components of the subsequent reed compression packaging device values provide theoretical basis and design parameters.(2)Overall scheme design of reed compression and packing device:Based on the theoretical optimal pressure value obtained from the reed compression characteristic test as the maximum compressive force of the square bundle section during the operation of the device,the main technical requirements and technical parameters of the device are set,the main technical requirements and technical parameters of the device are designed and calculated,and the compression mechanism is analyzed the influencing factors of the compression piston are that the compression force provided by the compression piston in the process of compressing and packing the reed material and the weight value of the compression piston,the length r value of the crank,the length L value of the connecting rod,and the size of the crank,the compression angular velocity value is related.And through the parametric design of the compression and packaging mechanism,r=273mm and L=1048.5mm.The minimum transmission angle of the compression packing mechanism(67.4 angle),which is meets the design requirements.(3)Simulation analysis of reed compression and packing device:Based on the kinematic analysis of the device,the basic rules of the device are deeply explored,and the imbalance of the inertial force of the device during the operation of the device is analyzed.Provide a partial balance method and take the weight of the balance weight 11.19kg.Through the dynamic analysis of the key mechanism,the geometrical relationship between the device during the no-load process and the compression reed working process is studied,and the stress under the actual working conditions of the key hinge,and the crank and connecting rod,connecting rod and compression are obtained.The maximum F_X,F_Y,F_Z of the piston in the working process.According to the analysis of the stress and displacement of the crank and connecting rod,the maximum strain of the crank(40.912MPa)and the maximum strain of the connecting rod(89.102MPa)are obtained,both of which not exceed the yield strength of 40Cr(170MPa);the maximum displacement of the crank(0.0811mm)and the connecting rod,and the maximum displacement(0.936mm)is less than the overall running size of the device.According to the vibration mode analysis and harmonic response analysis of the internal structure of the compression mechanism,it is found that when 100.81Hz,126.11Hz,278.6Hz,321.93Hz,332.42Hz,350.35Hz,the reed compression packaging device is prone to resonance.
