China is the largest garlic production base,with output accounting for more than 70%of the global total.In recent years,the price of garlic has continued to rise,the price of garlic tincture has been low,and the cost of manually extracting garlic tincture is high.Failure to extract or remove garlic tincture will result in a reduction in garlic yield.machine.At present,the technology and equipment for garlic extraction are not mature.According to market demand,combining the structure and principle of working machines such as cotton topping machine and tobacco topping machine,the garlic cutting machine is designed,and its performance is verified through field tests.The main research contents include:1.Material characteristics of garlic sprouts:The natural characteristics of garlic sprouts and the height and spatial characteristics of garlic sprouts were studied.The moisture content test of garlic sprouts,the compression test of garlic sprouts along the lines,the shear test of garlic sprouts,and the garlic sprout bending test were conducted.2.Structural design of garlic cutting and cutting machine:Designed a garlic cutting and cutting machine with a single contouring function,and determined the structural parameters of each key component.The 3D modeling of the parts was performed by SolidWorks software,and virtual assembly was performed.Verify the structural integrity and rationality of the garlic cutter.3.Simulation analysis of garlic cutting machine:The finite element model of garlic cutting machine is established by ANSYS software,and the model is simulated;the static simulation of the main frame of garlic cutting machine is analyzed,and the main frame of garlic cutting machine is analyzed The maximum stress in the working process;modal analysis of the main frame of the garlic cutting machine,looking for frequencies that are prone to resonance;kinematics simulation of the roller cutter through ADAMS,extracting the cutter trajectory of the roller cutter.Prototype production and field performance test of garlic cutting machine:According to the model and virtual assembly result of SolidWorks software,combined with the simulation analysis of garlic cutting machine working process,a prototype of garlic cutting machine was produced.The number of drum cutters?13?,the linear speed of the drum cutter?24m/s?,and the operating speed(2.53.5km·h-1)were selected as test factors.Factor test.The experimental results show that the roll cutter has a high pass rate when the two blades are installed,and the pass rate is 90.0%;the roll cutter has a high pass rate when the line speed is3m/s,and the cut rate is 91.5%;The highest pass rate is 3km·h-1,with a pass rate of 92.1%.When two cutters are installed on the drum cutter and the linear speed of the drum cutter is3m/s,and the operating speed is 3km·h-1,a verification test is carried out,and the pass rate of the cutting bolt is 92.5%.The field test showed that the garlic cutting machine meets the design requirements.In this thesis,a systematic theoretical study of the garlic cutting hoe is made,and a prototype of the garlic cutting hoe is produced,which can meet the needs of field work,and provides a theoretical basis and practical experience for the further design and optimization of the garlic cutting hoe.
