Feed industry is breeding,planting and a key link in the process of agricultural product processing industry,play an important role in modern agriculture,microbial feed because of its high nutritional value,palatability and widely used.Microbial feed technology in China started late,at present our country small and medium-sized enterprises for the production of microbial feed way mainly flat pile type,pool type,such as groove static fermentation method is given priority to,in general,labor intensity big,small scale,low efficiency,poor reliability,unstable product quality to decide,the overall technology with foreign gap is larger,both in single machine and complete sets of equipment of automation is low.So in this paper,the microbial fermentation feed automatic production line are studied,through the analysis and study of existing production equipment and feed fermentation reactor,this paper puts forward ingredients,mixing,spreading,and discharging the five fermentation technology,combined with the enterprise scale,the existing equipment and staffing companies such as characteristic,five production technology process of cohesion and overall layout design production line.In 3D using CAXA entity design software to complete microbial fermentation feed automatic production line of machinery design,and complete the three-dimensional mathematical model of animation simulation.Through research batching process,this paper analyses the error of ingredients,and establish the mathematical model of the batching process,using iterative learning control algorithm for ingredients of schedule is revised,and computer simulation analysis using MATLAB software,the simulation results show that the schedule is highly affected by the learning factor,learning factor,iterative learning control algorithm can achieve satisfactory control effect.In this paper,the design of PLC HMI microbial fermentation feed automatic production line control system,the selection of DOP-B10S411 man-machine interface as upper machine,in DVP-48 EH00R3 and DVP32EH00R3 PLC as lower machine,upper machine and lower machine communication between the RS-485 cable,and in accordance with the requirements of system control using WPL software and DOP soft soft software completed PLC program design and human-computer interface design.Centralized management of the man-machine interface is used to control the system,real-time monitoring of the production line process and state,and sends commands to the machine,PLC used in distributed control system,accept commands to the upper machine,and adopts the MODBUS communication protocol implementation and frequency converter,temperature and humidity sensor and real-time data exchange and process calculation of flow meter,etc.After trial production running show that the control system can satisfy the microbial feed fermentation process requirement of automatic production line,and has good stability,high reliability,maintenance is convenient wait for a characteristic,production application reference value for microbial feed.
