The key eco-functional areas have important ecosystem services such as water conservation, soil and water conservation, biodiversity conservation and regulation of regional climate.Farmers,as the main economic activity subjects of the key eco-functional areas, have a direct impact on their environmental behavior on the perception and preference of ecosystem services, which is not only related to the implementation effect of the ecological protection plan, but also to the exertion of the main functions of the region.Based on this, this paper takes Yellow River Water Supply Area of Gannan in the eastern margin of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau as an example, based on the data of household survey, analyzes the farmers' perception of ecosystem service in grassland, forest, wetland and cropland from the aspects of ecosystem service importance, manageability, vulnerability and damage degree, and analyzes the influence of farmers' ecosystem service perception on their selection preference was analyzed by using binary Logistic regression model. The results show that:(1)Farmers' in the Yellow River Water Supply Area of Gannan have a strong perception of the importance to farmland supply service, forest regulation and cultural service, and grassland support service, among which the key protection areas have the strongest perception of farmland supply service.Gender, education level, grassland area and environmental policy are the main factors affecting the perception of importance.Farmers' have a strong perception of manageability to farmland supply, regulation, cultural services and wetland support services, among which the perception of farmland supply service is the strongest in the restoration control area.Age,livelihood mode, environmental policy and regional virtual variables are important factors affecting manageability perception.Farmers' have a strong perception of vulnerability to grassland supply, regulation, support and cultural services, among which farmers in the economic demonstration area have the strongest perception of farmland supply services.Education level, livelihood and environmental policy were the leading factors affecting vulnerability perception.Farmers' have a strong perception of damage degree to grassland supply, regulation, support and cultural service, among which, farmers in economic demonstration area have the strongest perception of grassland cultural service.Age,cultivated land area and environmental policy were the main factors affecting damage degree perception.(2)Farmers' selection preference for grassland supply service is the strongest, followed by adjustment service, support and cultural service.Among them, farmers in key protection area and restoration area all prefer to supply service.Farmers' supply service preference is mainly affected by perception of importance, vulnerability and degree of damage, regulation service preference is only affected by perception of importance, support service preference is affected by perception of manageability and degree of damage, and cultural service preference is affected by perception of importance and degree of damage. In addition, grassland area, number of livestock, regional dummy variables, age, education level and ecological policy support of interviewees also affect farmers' selection preference.(3)Farmers' selection preference for forest regulation and supply services, culture and support services is low.Among them, farmers in key protection area have the strongest preference for regulation services, while farmers in restoration areas have the strongest preference for supply services.Farmers' preferences of supply, regulation and support services are mainly affected by their respective vulnerability perceptions. In addition, gender, age, education level, livestock quantity, and ecological policy support also had certain influences on farmers' preference.(4)Farmers' selection preference for wetland regulation service, followed by culture and support service, and the supply service is low.Among them, farmers in different ecological function areas have the strongest preference for regulation service.Farmers' preference of supply service is affected by perception of degree of damage, regulation service preference is affected by perception of vulnerability and manageability, and support and cultural service selection preference is affected by perception of vulnerability. In addition, gender, education level, income level, mode of livelihood, duration of farming, and degree of ecological policy support also affect the preference of farmers.(5)Farmers' selection preference for farmland supply service is the strongest, followed by adjustment service, and support and cultural service is the lowest.Among them, farmers in different ecological function areas have the strongest preference for supply service.Farmers' preference for supply service is affected by perception of vulnerability and degree of damage, regulation and cultural service preference are affected by perception of vulnerability, and support service preference is affected by perception of manageability and vulnerability. In addition, education level, income level, duration of farming, cultivated land area and number of livestock also affect farmers' preference.
