This paper is mainly about the distribution of ginsenosides in stem and leaves of Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium L..The stem and leaves of Panax ginseng was used as raw material to obtain protopanaxatriol type ginsenoside,the crystallization and enzymatic conversion methods used to prepare monomer ginsenoside Re and Rg1 was studied.The enzymatic conversion conditions from Re to Rg1 was studied.Stem and leaves of Panax ginseng was used as raw material,After lixiviating by methanol,the products of total ginsenoside with the purity of 0.660%and 12.6%,respectively.The component of ginsenoside in the Panax ginseng stem and leaves was similar,the major ginsenosides were Rb1,Rb2,Rc,Rd,Re,Rf,Rg1 based on HPLC.The contents of the ginsenoside Re in the total ginsenoside was 51.5%,which was the highest;Rg1 was the second,which was 48.2%.Stem and leaves of Panax quinquefolium L.was used as raw material.After lixiviating by methanol,the products of total ginsenoside with the purity of 1.24%and 14.4%,respectively.The component of ginsenoside in the Panax quinquefolium L.stem and leaves was similar,the major ginsenosides were Rb1,Rb2,Rb3,Rc,Rd,Re,Rg1 based on HPLC.The content of the protopanaxatriol type ginsenoside Re and Rg1 were lower,of that were 26.4%and 20.4%.The content of PPT in stem and leaves of Panax ginseng were higher than in Panax quinquefolium.L,so the stem and leaves of Panax ginseng was used as raw material to obtain monomer Re and Rg1.The yield of 46.6%of protopanaxatriol type ginsenosides was separated with AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin,then crystallized to obtain monomer Re,the yield of high purity(93.5%)of Re was 26.0%;the content of Re and Rg1 in the mother liquor were 40.8%and 44.4%,respectively.Since the complex operation of chemical methods,the biotransformation was selected to convert Re to Rg1 in the mother liquor,the yield of high purity(80.0%)of Rg1 was 80.6.0%.Thus,the process of preparing monomer ginsenoside Re and Rg1 was determined.
