Pollen Typhae is the dry pollen of Typhae angustifolia Linn.,Typha orientalis Presl or the same genus plant.It has effect of hemostasis by resolving stasis.It is mainly used for varieties of bleeding diseases caused by blood stasis as a common medicine in blood circulation.The effect of carbonized Pollen Typhae was enhanced in hemostasis after being carbonized.At present,Pollen Typhae and carbonized Pollen Typhae is often mixed in clinical applications.The precise effects mechanism of Pollen Typhae and carbonized Pollen Typhae is not clear.To standardize their rational applications in clinic,we carry on the research of material basis related to the different clinical uses of processed and unprocessed Pollen Tyhae,providing a scientific basis for different clinical uses of Pollen Typhae and carbonized Pollen Typhae?The paper is divided into three parts.The first chapter summarized the progression of Pollen Typhae in chemistry,pharmacology and clinical application.The second chapter is Pollen Typhae and carbonized Pollen Typhae's compound of chemical research,including Pollen Typhae and carbonized Pollen Typhae ' s TLC,Shixiao powder of HPLC-MS analysis,Ershen powder of GC-MS and HPLC-MS combined with analysis,HPLC fingerprint of Shixiao powder,Pollen Typhae carbon compound in the dissolution rate of the different ingredients used in the study.The third chapter is promoting blood Pollen Typhae its compound effect evaluation,including the composition of HUVEC protective effect of LPS Pollen Typhae injury,Pollen Typhae,Pollen Typhae charcoal and promoting blood circulation effect Trogopterus Dung compatibility evaluation.Experimental studies are as follows:1 Literature reviewThrough consulting relevant and ancient literature and modern research achievements of scholars both at home and abroad,We have summarized the chemical constituents,phar macological action and clinical application data of Pollen Typhae and carbonized PollenTyphae in this paper.This provides a basis of material basic research for Pollen Typhae's different use in the compound.2 Pollen Typhae and carbonized Pollen Typhae's compound of chemical research.2.1 Pollen Typhae and carbonized Pollen Typhae's TLC.TLC has the dual effect of separation and analysis,greatly improving the isolation and identification of sensitivity and specificity,this paper Pollen Typhae and carbonized Pollen Typhae flavonoid glycoside and aglycone structure,characteristics quite different polarity using two chromatographic conditions qualitative identification,the results showed that decoction resulting extract increased 3.3%.The Trogopterus Dung compatibility compared with Pollen Typhae Trogopterus Dung compatibility with Pollen Typhae charcoal,Amentotaxus biflavone content increased by 7%,suggesting that charcoal can promote Pollen Typhae compared Pollen Typhae Trogopterus Dung in Amentotaxus biflavone dissolution.2.5.2 Ershen powder in carbonized Pollen Typhae replaced Pollen Typhae impact on the composition of compound dissolution rates.Ershen powder and control Ershen powder(Ershen powder in Pollen Typhae charcoal replaced Pollen Typhae),comparing both the amount and the representative of the chemical composition of the extract typhaneoside isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidin,a-Cyperone dissolution rate.The results showed that Pollen Typhae charcoal and charcoal decreased,SOD activity increased by inhibiting the release of NO,inhibition of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant protection of vascular damage in human umbilical vein endothelial cells,cells coordinate endothelial balance between clotting and anti-clotting maintain a balance vasodilation factor and contraction factor,so as to maintain the stability of tension and blood vessels,and thus play a role in promoting blood circulation this study explain Pollen Typhae blood circulation mechanisms at the cellular level.3.2 Pollen Typhae,Pollen Typhae charcoal and promoting blood circulation effect Trogopterus Dung compatibility evaluation.3.2.1 Pollen Typhae,Pollen Typhae Trogopterus Dung compatibility with carbon impact on hemorheology and coagulation of blood stasis model.Pollen Typhae
