A Study Of Physician-Patient Communication Based On The Perspective Of Health Communication

A decade has passed since China began to deepen the healthcare system reform by 2018.From the aspect of system,policies laws and regulations,the government has carried out in-depth reform on the medical insurance payment system,salary system and medical corruption in this decade.The reform has gained more benefits for physicians and patients.Therefore,physician-patient relationship has been greatly improved.At present,the current situation of physician-patient relationship in China is harmony in general.However,there are still some problems between physicians and patients.Medical dispute caused by poor communication between physicians and patients is the main reason for this tension.Therefore,it is necessary and practical to conduct in-depth analysis of physician-patient communication.As an important part of physician-patient relationship,physician-patient communication has been widely concerned by the public.Domestic scholars also attempt to explore it from the different angles and discipline background,such as: Applied Medicine,sociology research of informed consent,journalism study on physician-patient and so on.The article starts from the general direction of communication,and carries out specific research on doctor-patient communication.After all,physician-patient communication is a special kind of interpersonal communication in nature.In the related content of communication science,health communication,as a branch of research on human health issues,is closely related to physician-patient communication.Therefore,the article mainly discusses the related problems of physician-patient communication from the perspective of health communication.At the same time,it enriches the research contents of physician-patient communication.The main idea of the article is to raise questions,analyze problems and solve problems.First of all,on the basis of summarizing the concept of physician-patient communication,this paper discusses the nature of physician-patient communication from the angle of interpersonal communication.Then it analyzes main viewpoints about physician-patient communication patterns and the reasons of change in detail.In general,this part mainly discusses the power relationship between physicians and patients.Secondly,mainly from the subject of physician-patient communication,detailed interpretation of communication between physicians and patients in the process of behavior,and from the cognition,behavior,emotion and health square in the face of good physician-patient communication utility to make the future.Thirdly,in the knowledge gap and negative stereotypes of communications under the guidance of the theory,studied the main factors influencing the physician-patient communication,from the macroscopic and microscopic two aspects,the information asymmetry,rank disorder,crisis of confidence,negative stereotypes,and personal factors made a concrete analysis.Finally,from the perspective of communication and the related knowledge about persuasion communication and emotional appeal,this paper makes feasible Suggestions on the communication between doctors and patients from the perspective of physicians and patients.In the process of physician-patient communication,physicians and patients as the subject,behavior should be accurate positioning,define their obligations and responsibilities,as supporters and partners through good interaction,establish mutual trust relationship,and reaching a mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation.With the development of society and the improvement of people's material and cultural living standards,the physician-patient relationship is bound to become more diverse and complicated.Physician-patient communication,as a bridge between physicians and patients,should play a positive role in health,such as disseminate health information,strengthen health awareness,and guide healthy behaviors.
