Investigation On Occupational Hazards Of Motorcycle Manufacturing Enterprise

BackgroundMotorcycle is a convenient and cheap substitute tool.From 90s to now,the production and sales of our motorcycle industry have been the first in the world for 20 years.Motorcycle production is labor-intensive enterprise,the production process is complex,the production process involves welding,machining,iron,aluminum and resin painting,engine assembly,assembly and other operations,and occupational hazards are exposed to a large number of people and heavy pollution.ObjectivesTo investigate the occupational hazards and their impact on occupational health in motorcycle production process,and investigate occupational hazard prevention measures,and put forward prevention and control measures,so as to provide scientific basis for protecting workers' health.Objects and methodsObjects:A Motorcycle Co.Ltd.including car joint workshop(welding workshop,iron painting workshop,assembly workshop),joint workshop(engine machining workshop,aluminum coating workshop,assembly workshop,workshop engine)combined with plastic(resin coating workshop),other(warehouse,complex station,air station,change station and sewage treatment station).There were 688 workers in the company,of which 148 were female workers.Methods:Choose a motorcycle production enterprises,to investigate the whole process of production and operation of the production process,risk factors of occupation disease identification in the production process;according to the relevant national technical specifications and standards,the main factors of occupation disease harm determination;investigation and evaluation of preventive measures and the occupation disease harm.The survey results analysis,synthesis,comparison and induction.Results1.Major occupational hazards According to the production process and field investigation,the main problems existed in the production of motorcycle occupation disease hazards were dust(welding fume,grinding wheel dust,aluminum dust,chemical toxicant(MN),butanol,toluene,xylene,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,nitrogen dioxide,isopropanol)and physical factors(noise,ultraviolet radiation,high temperature and the electric field).2.Detection results of major occupational hazardsDust 1)72 welders in the electric welding smoke and dust blanking workshop are CTWA 0.21 mg/m3 to 9.17 mg/m3,CTWA exceeding the limit rate 15.3%,mainly car body line welder(23.3%)and small piece welder(33.3%);102 sampling points CSTEL is 0.33 mg/m3 to 10 mg/m3,CSTEL overlimit rate 2%,mainly in car body line welding(4.8%).2)the grinding dust CSTEL of 36 sampling points in the welding workshop is 0.33 mg/m3 to 14 mg/m3,the overlimit rate is 2.8%,mainly in the small parts inspection(16.7%),and the grinding wheel dust CTWA is not exceeding the limit.3)the CTWA and CSTEL detection results of aluminum metal dust in the machine shop are not exceeding the limit.Manganese The overlimit rate of CTWA is 5.6%,and the result of CSTEL is not exceeding limit.The ultra-limited type of work is the welding worker of the car body line and the small part welder in the welding workshop.Noise The individual noise intensity detection data are 234,the results are 69.9 dB(A)to 90.3 dB(A),and the overlimit rate is 71.8%.The workshop with high overlimit rate has the blanking welding workshop(84.6%),the engine assembly workshop(91.7%),the car assembly workshop(100%)and the machining workshop(100%).Others Other chemical poisons(butanol,toluene,xylene,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,nitrogen dioxide and isopropanol)were not overrun.Ultraviolet radiation,power frequency electric field,high temperature WBGT index and illumination test results were not exceeded.3.Results of occupational health examination During the period of work,194 people were examined for occupational health,and the rate of occupational health examination was 45.2%.8 people were found to be associated with occupational hazards.4.Protective measures The enterprise has taken corresponding protective measures against the existing occupational hazard factors,but the protection ability of the dustproof and noise prevention is obviously insufficient.The establishment of the occupation health management organizations,to develop a series of occupation health management system,take appropriate management measures,but the dust control measures and measures of noise,noise prevention earplug,equipped with sanitary rooms and emergency rescue,occupation health archives and other aspects still need to strengthen and improve.Conclusions1.The main occupational hazards of a Motorcycle Co.,Ltd.are welding dust,grinding dust,manganese and noise.2.The noise,welding dust and manganese pollution in the welding workshop are heavy,and the noise of the engine assembly workshop,the assembly shop and the machine workshop is generally limited.3.The protection of occupational hazards and anti noise occupational hazards of enterprises is insufficient,the rate of occupational health inspection is low,and some measures of occupational health management are not in place.
