Clinical Research Of "AnGengYin" To Cure Deficiency Of Liver-yin And Kidney-yin Menopausal Syndrome

Objective:The purpose of this study was observe the curative effect of AnGengYin in the treatment of Deficiency of Liver-yin and Kidney-yin Menopausal Syndrome.To determine the clinical efficacy by observing the improvement of clinical symptoms,so as to provide new drugs and new methods for the treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods:The 60 cases belong to ShanXi Provincial People?s Hospital treatment of Deficiency of Liver-yin and Kidney-yin Menopausal Syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group,30 cases,30 cases in the control group.The control group was given QiJuDiHuang granules,and the treatment group with the AnGengYin.To observe the modified Kupperman score and TCM syndrome score and the level of sex hormone in patients before and after treatment,and to evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of menopausal syndrome with the AnGeng Yin.Results:The clinical effect:Through modified Kupperman score,the total effectiveness of AnGengYin group was 93.33%while it was 76.67%in QiJuDiHuang group.The effect of the AnGengYin group was better than the QiJuDiHuang group,there were significant differences?P<0.05?.After treatment,the Kupperman scores of the two groups were reduced,and the treatment group was better than the control group?P<0.05?.In improving clinical symptoms,the AnGengYin curative effect is superior to the QiJuDiHuang granules.For the main disease,after treatment,the two groups were decreased?P<0.05?,indicating that the two groups can improve the disease.Comparison between the two groups after treatment in improving the shape of hot flashes sweat out,insomnia,sexual life in statistically significant?P<0.05?.The TCM syndrome curative effect:Through TCM syndrome score,the total effectiveness of AnGengYin group was 96.67%while it was 86.67%in QiJuDiHuang group.The effect of the AnGengYin group was better than the QiJuDiHuang group,there were significant differences?P<0.05?.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were reduced,and the treatment group was better than the control group?P<0.05?.In improving TCM symptoms,the AnGengYin curative effect is superior to the QiJuDiHuang granules.For the main disease,after treatment,the two groups were decreased?P<0.05?,indicating that the two groups can improve the disease.Compariso between the two groups after treatment in improving the shape of hot flashes sweat out,insomnia,dreaminess soreness and weakness of the lumbar region in statistically significant?P<0.05?.After treatment,the LH and FSH of two groups decreased and the E₂ slightly increased.However,there was no significant difference between the two drugs.These two drugs could not improve the level of sex hormone.Conclusion:AnGengYin can significantly improve clinical symptoms and symptoms of Chinese Medicine has a significant effect on Deficiency of Liver-yin and Kidney-yin Menopausal Syndrome.And it is better than QiJuDiHuang granules,especially hot flashes sweat out,insomnia and sexual life.AnGengYin is safe and reliable,no obvious side effects,but no effect on sex hormone...
