Clinical Effect Of Yiqi Huoxue Method On Acute Phase Of Cerebral Infarction (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Method in the treatment of acute phase of cerebral infarction(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Methods: 1.the clinical data collection: 84 patients with acute cerebral infarction(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)patients,these patients were from March 2017 to January 2018 Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi University of TCM affiliated outpatient and hospitalized patients,and will meet the inclusion criteria of patients were divided into treatment group and control group of 42 cases.2.the treatment method: the control group was treated with anti platelet aggregation and fat treatment.The treatment group on this basis combined with Yiqi Huoxue(Buyanghuanwu decoction,five)prescription: Astragalus 30 g,Salvia miltiorrhiza 18 g,angelica 18 g,Radix Paeoniae Rubra 12 g,Ligusticum chuanxiong 9g,safflower 9g,Peach kernel 9g,dragon 9g,Ge Gen 9g with the addition and subtraction cards on the agent,and the two day.3.the assessment of treatment were observed in two groups in total effective rate,28 days after the clinical treatment of TCM syndrome curative effect,degree of neurological deficit(NHISS)score,TCM syndrome score,ADL score(ADL),transcranial Doppler(TCD)and hemorheological Indexes changes in vascular flow.4.statistical method SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis,counting data using X2 test,measurement data using t test,rank data to use rank and test.The difference of P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Results: 1.the total curative effect,TCM syndrome curative effect: the treatment group clinical total effective rate was 88.1%,the efficacy of TCM syndrome total effective rate was 85.7%;the control group clinical total effective rate was 76.2%,the efficacy of TCM syndrome total effective rate was 73.8%,by X2 test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that the treatment group total efficiency is better than the control group.2.NHISS score,TCM syndrome score and ADL score: two groups after treatment NHISS score,TCM syndrome score and ADL score,the statistical z test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that the treatment group in improving NHISS score,TCM syndrome score and ADL score than the control group.3.transcranial Doppler(TCD)blood flow velocity: two groups after treatment,TCD,ACA,MCA,PCA peak systolic blood velocity and mean blood flow velocity comparison,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group can effectively accelerate the speed of TCD blood flow,and is better than the control group.4.Comparison of hemorheological indexes: the blood rheology indexes of the two groups were compared,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that the treatment group was obviously better than the control group in improving the hemorrheology index.Conclusion: ?The Yiqihuoxue method combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(Qi deficiency and blood stasis)have certain curative effect.? The Yiqihuoxue method combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(Qi deficiency and blood stasis)the curative effect is better than pure western medicine treatment.? The method of Supplementing Qi and activating blood can improve the acute cerebral infarction(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)in patients with NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score and ADL score,can reduce the degree of nerve injury after cerebral ischemia,promote the recovery of neurological function.? The Yiqihuoxue method can accelerate the TCD in ACA,MCA,transcranial Doppler PCA peak systolic blood flow velocity and average velocity of blood,to improve cerebral blood circulation,it can significantly improve hemorheological indexes and reduce blood viscosity.?The Yiqihuoxue treatment of acute cerebral infarction(Qi deficiency and blood stasis)process has no obvious toxic side effects,safe and effective,worthy of further research and clinical application.
