| Objective: Stroke patients with soft paralysis were treated by Acupuncturing Governor Meridian therapy,comparing the changes of the duration of the soft palsy,the neurological deficit score(DNS),the daily living ability(ADL)score,the exercise function scale(FMA)score and the score of the quality of survival after the cerebral infarction were compared between the treatment group and the control group(routine acupuncture group)and the control group(conventional acupuncture group),Comparing and analysing the clinical efficacy of the two groups,To develop a method to recover the duration of paralysis and improve the quality of life as soon as possible.Methods: In this study,60 cases of motor dysfunction in the soft paralysis period of the stroke were selected as the research object.All cases were in accordance with the requirements of the study.All cases were in the outpatient and ward of the Acupuncture Department of Heilongjiang traditional Chinese medicine hospital from 04 months to 03 months from 2017 to 2018.According to the order of the patients,odd number and even random grouping method were used,the odd number was included in the treatment group,and the even number was included in the control group.There were 1 cases who quit in the treatment group,because they could not adhere to the treatment.The control group withdrew from 1 cases,a total of 58 cases,and finally entered the statistical analysis.The basic treatment of two groups of patients were treated by unified neurology routine treatment plan,mainly including neurology drug treatment.Acupuncture treatment for 1 times a day,ten days a course of treatment,rest for a day,continuous treatment for three courses.In the two groups,the scores of nerve function defect score(DNS),daily living activity(ADL),improved Fugl-Meyer limb movement score and the quality of life score after cerebral infarction were measured at the end of the treatment and after the treatment.The data collected were statistically analyzed using SPSS20.0 software,The changes of internal and group numbers and duration of paralysis in two groups after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results:(1)the differences of sex,age,course of disease,pathological nature and hemiplegic side of the two groups of stroke patients in this study were not statistically significant(P>0.05)by SPSS20.0 software analysis,suggesting that the baseline data of the treatment group and the control group were basically the same,and there was a comparability of the clinical study.The two groups of experimental objects have comparative significance.(2)before the treatment,the two groups of apoplexy in the soft palsy stage were verified by the statistical analysis of the neurological deficit score(DNS),the daily living ability(ADL)score,the improved Fugl-Meyer limb movement score and the quality of life score after cerebral infarction.The difference was also not a lot of significant(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were of comparative significance.(3)After treatment,the two groups in the two groups of apoplectic soft palsy were statistically significant(P < 0.05)on the scores of nerve function defect(DNS),daily living activity(ADL),improved Fugl-Meyer limb movement score and cerebral infarction(P < 0.05),and all were better than those before treatment.The duration of soft paralysis,nerve function defect score(DNS),daily living activity(ADL)score,improved Fugl-Meyer limb movement score and quality of life score after cerebral infarction were verified by SPSS20.0 software,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05),Statistically significant,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusions:(1)the acupuncture Governor Meridian and the routine acupuncture can improve the nerve function defect in the soft paralysis of the apoplexy and promote the recovery of the movement function of the patients,but the effect of the acupuncture Governor Meridian is better than that of the conventional acupuncture.(2)Acupuncture on Du meridian can obviously accelerate the recovery of limb motor function.,Improving the activities of daily living and quality of life of patients.(3)The acupuncture Governor Meridian is effective and easy to operate,There is no adverse reactions were found in the study,which could be further promoted in clinical practice. |
