Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris (Blood Heat Syndrome) With Yang Jinhua Capsule Combined With Wugongtuodu Pill

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of yangjinhua capsule combined with wugongtuodu pill in the treatment of the blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:In the treatment group,30 patients were given Yangjinhua capsules combined with Wugongtuodu Pills,30 patients in the control group I were given Wugongtuodu Pills,and 30 patients in the control group II were given oral Xiaoyin capsules.The course of treatment was 4 weeks,and the PASI scores of the three groups of psoriasis patients before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment were recorded,as well as the pruritus degree scores before and after treatment.The clinical curative effect was observed and the SPSS 17.0 statistics was used.The software performs statistical processing on the data.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group,76.67%in the control group ? and 73.33%in the control group ?,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The PASI score and pruritus degree scores were sweeks ignificantly decreased.The PASI score and pruritus degree scores after 4 of treatment were significantly different between the treatment group and the control ? and control ? groups(P<0.05).The difference between control group ? and control group ? was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment plan of Yangjinhua capsules combined with Wugongtuodu pills for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat syndrome is better than that of Wugongtuodu pills and Xiao Yin capsules.
