The Clinical Observation About Treatment In Liver Stagnation Induced Headache During Menstruation By Professor Wang Xiuxia

Objective:The objective of this study is to observe and evaluate the curative effect of modified Qing Gan Jie Yu Decoction for curing headache during menstruation of liver stagnation type.The provincial famous doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine Professor Wang Xiuxia’s treatment ideas of headache during menstruation of liver stagnation type and the experience of clinical medication for modified Qing Gan Jie Yu Decoction are summarized to provide the experience and effective agent for treating headache during menstruation with Chinese medicine.Methods:The experimental data were collected from thirty meeting requirements patients who came to The Studio of Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor,Xiuxia Wang,in 1st Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine during September 2016-September 2017.Before and after conducting treatments with modified Qing Gan Jie Yu Decoction for three menstrual cycles,the integral of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome,the scores of the intensity of headache,the duration of headache,the total integral of clinical symptom and total effective rate were counted and analyzed by the SPSS 22.0 statistics software to verify the effectiveness of decoction.Results:The modified Qing Gan Jie Yu Decoction treats headache during menstruation of liver stagnation type with total effective rate 96.67%,cure rate 50.00%,apparent rate 33.33%,effective rate 13.33%,inefficiency rate 3.33%,and the total effective rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome is 93.33%,respectively.What’s more,the integral of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome,the scores of the intensity of headache,the duration of headache,the total integral of clinical symptom of the patients show remarkable difference(P<0.05)after treatment,which suggests that modified Qing Gan Jie Yu Decoction is not only suitable for curing patients with headache during menstruation of liver stagnation type but also improves the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome evidently.Conclusion:1.The modified Qing Gan Jie Yu Decoction can effectively reduce the pain and remarkably improve the symptoms of patients with headache during menstruation of liver stagnation type,and it can effectively alleviate the intensity of headache and reduce the duration of headache and ease the degree of disease.2.Professor Xiuxia Wang utilizes the thoughts of soothing liver and relieving the stagnation of liver and regulaing menstruation for releasing pain to cure headache during menstruation of liver stagnation type.As it breaks out,the core is to regulate Qi and harmonize Blood,and dissolve stasis and alleviate pain;while headache during menstruation does not happen,the treatment is focused on soothing liver and strengthening spleen,and nourishing blood for regulating menstruation.The decoction has a remarkable effect in clinical practice.
