Data Analysis Of Professor Wang Dongmei Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Delayed Menstruation

Objective: In order to summarize and inherit the clinical experience of famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of delayed menstruation.In this study,Professor Wang Dongmei ’s clinical data in the treatment of delayed menstruation were analyzed by combining traditional Chinese medicine with computer technology.This paper summarizes the syndrome differentiation characteristics and medication rules of Professor Wang Dongmei in the treatment of delayed menstruation,and provides a new reference for the treatment of late menstruation.Methods: The outpatient medical records of Professor Wang Dongmei were collected and screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,By using the data acquisition and analysis software developed by Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine,namely Shennong outpatient system of traditional Chinese medicine,and IBM SPSS Satistics 24.0 statistical software,the medical records of menstruation delay are sorted,screened and analyzed,and a database is established,Analyze the basic information,clinical manifestations,TCM syndromes,western medicine diagnosis and TCM characteristics involved in the medical record,make statistics on the data and analyze the internal rules.Results: 182 cases were included in the study,The youngest was 16 years old and the largest was 43.The majority of patients aged 23～37 accounted for 75.8% of the total;According to the diagnosis of Western medicine,136 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome(74.72%),63cases of infertility(34.61%),27 cases of hyperprolactinemia(14.83%),16 cases of thyroid diseases(8.80%);The most common syndromes were deficiency of kidney yang(36.8%),followed by stagnation of liver Qi(18.1%),deficiency of kidney and blood stasis(13.7%),deficiency of spleen and kidney(11.5%);In terms of medication,the top 20 drugs(frequency≥ 70)were used,accounting for 70.82% of the total frequency,are peeled root of herbaceous peony 、cyperus rotundus、spina gleditsiae、astragalus mongholicus、teasel root、angelica、Chinese yam、rhizoma Chuanxiong、cyathula root、amethyst、moutan bark、curcuma zedoary、the fruit of Chinese wolfberry、Cinnamon、pepper、coix seed、icariin、tuber of dwarf lilyturf 、the root of kudzu vine、radix paeoniae rubrathe root of common peony;9 pairs of common drugs and 5 groups of clustering formulas were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion: Professor Wang Dongmei has unique thought on the diagnosis and treatment of delayed menstruation.In the aspect of syndrome differentiation,it is important to treat kidney,liver and spleen as well as Qi and blood.In the aspect of treatment,she abides by the syndrome differentiation and be good at supporting the healthy and removing pathogenic factors as well as focus on the deficiency.In the aspect of medication,Professor Wang Dongmei follows the principle of formula formation,combines modern pharmacological knowledge and uses drugs flexibly.The data of this study can guide the clinical treatment of this disease.High frequency drugs can be combined with symptoms.At the same time,the rules of medication can be used in various syndromes of delayed menstruation.
