Clinical Analysis Of Professor Zhou Yabin In Treating Stable Angina Pectoris (Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:Analyze professor Zhou's treatment on stable angi na pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis type)in Traditional Chinese Medicine and summarize his clinical medication feature to treat the disease for providing reference on clinical treatment and s cientific research of stable angina pectoris.Method:Collected Medical records from May 2015 to Dece mber 2017,in the professor Zhou's clinic at the Heilongjiang Ch inese Medicine University of First Affiliated Hospital.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,94 cases were selected for diagnosis of patients with stable angina pectoris(p hlegm and blood stasis type).Through SPSS22.0 software and W PS Microsoft Excel software,94 medical records were analyzed to summarize professor Zhou's clinical medication feature in th e treatment of stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis t ype).Result:According to data entry and analysis,94 herbs pres criptions are selected,involving 115 kinds of traditional Chines e medicine,using the total frequency 2 141 times.And more than 20 frequency drugs are 42,and the cumulative frequency is 83.47%.The drugs of use frequency arranged in the first 14(40 or higher)include liquorice,pinellia,salvia,mangnolia,acorus grami neus,fructus aurantii immaturus,ligusticum wallichii,sanchi,scu tellaria baicalensis,poria with hostwood,bupleurum,astragalus,pol ygala tenuifolia,safflower.The drugs potency in the top third ar e warm,cold and flat,with a frequency of 3 9.42%,30.87%and 24.66%respectively.The most commonly used drugs are bitter herbs,sweet herbs,and pungent herbs.The meridial distribution of drugs according to the frequency of their use,followed by th e top five heart,liver,spleen,lung,stomach;According to its usage of the number of taste,the top five are liver,spleen,sto mach,heart and lung.A total of 17 classes of drugs are used,among which the top five is drugs for activating blood,for toni fy deficiency,for resolving phlegm and relieving cough,for tra nquilizer and for qi-regulating.According to cluster analysis,7 common drugs combinations and 5 common drugs combined grou ps are obtained.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhou's treatment on stable angina pectoris(phlegm a nd blood stasis type)commonly used drugs with liquorice,pinelli a,salvia,mangnolia,acorus gr amine us,fructus aurantii immaturus,ligusticum wallichii,sanchi,scutellaria baicalensis,poria with ho stwood,bupleurum,astragal us,polygala tenuifolia,safflower.2.Professor Zhou's treatment on stable angina pectoris(phlegm a nd blood stasis type)commonly used drugs with warm,cold and flat.The commonly used medicinal herbs are bitter,sweet and pungent.3.Professor Zhou's treatment on stable angina pectoris(phlegm a nd blood stasis type)commonly used drugs belong to heart,live r,spleen,lung,stomach.4.Professor Zhou's treatment on stable angina pectoris(phlegm a nd blood stasis type)commonly used drugs belong to activating blood,toni fy deficiency,resolving phlegm and relieving cough,tranquilizer and qi-regulating.
