Professor Zhou Yabin's Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina(Deficiency Of Qi And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:Through the collection,collation,and data analysis of patients with coronary angina pectoris,(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)in the Department of Cardiology Second Outpatient Clinic,this paper summarizes Professor Zhou Yabin's medication ideas for the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),and studies its Treatment experience of this disease.Methods:Collection of case data from the Department of Cardiology Outpatients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease from September 2015 to December 2017 by Professor Zhou Yabin,using Micro.soft Excel to establish a database,application Frequency analysis,statistical analysis of the frequency of single drug use,medicine,medicine(four gas,five flavors,returning to menstruation),using SPSS22.0 software cluster analysis to get close drug pairs and drug combinations.Based on the statistical results,Professor Zhou Yabin's clinical experience in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)was initially investigated.Result:According to the statistics of 90 patients who were included in the prescription and collected medications,the results showed that all of the patients were treated with 103 tastes of traditional Chinese medicine and the total frequency of use was 1779.Among them,32 were used more than 10 times,and the cumulative frequency was 88.93%.Licorice,Schisandra,Maimendong,Campanulaceae,Salvia miltiorrhiza,safflower,Codonopsis,Poria,Peach,Chuanxiong,Radix,Shuizhe,Pinellia,Panax notoginseng are the core medications for the treatment of this disease.Involved in the use of 17 kinds of drugs,of which the highest frequency of tonic drugs,followed by blood circulation drugs,tranquilizers.Statistics showed that the most frequent of the four gases in the drug was mild and slightly cold;however,the 3 warm drug had the highest number of tastes,reaching 12 flavors.The top three tastes are sweet,pungent,and bitter;the top five are the Heart Sutra,Lung meridian,Spleen meridian,Liver meridian,and Stomach meridian.The common combination of 9 pairs of common drugs and 5 groups of drugs was obtained by combination of cluster analysis.Conclusion:1.Radix Astragali,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Schisandra,Maimendong,Campanulaceae,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Safflower,Codonopsis,Poria,Peach,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Astragali,Radix Astragali,Pinellia Radix,and Panax Notoginseng are the fifteen herbs for Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)core medication.2.Buxu medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis medicine,and tranquilizing medicine are the commonly used medicines of Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).3.Warm,flat;Sweet,spicy,bitter;Heart,lung,spleen,liver,stomach and stomach for the treatment of coronary heart disease,angina(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)of the main flavor and return.4.Through the analysis of the drug's medicinal properties,it is concluded that the method of replenishing qi and activating blood and calming the nerves is the basic method for Professor Zhou Yabin to treat coronary heart disease with stable angina(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).
