Literature Study On The Characteristics Of Diseases,Syndromes And Symptoms Of TCM Associated With Hot Flashes

Objective:Through the study of "Chinese medical classics" of "Diagnosis","Treatise on and Golden Chamber" and "Clinical subjects",three part related literatures analysis,establish a database based on standard language,and combining the method of statistical analysis,to investigate the diseases,the distribution of TCM syndromes,,the distribution and combination of syndrome elements and the distribution of common symptoms associated with hot flashes,to clarify the relationship between hot flashes and related syndromes,for hot flashes of normative research and clinical treatment to provide the reference.Methods: In "Chinese medical classics" of "diagnosis","diagnostic method ","Treatise on and Golden Chamber" and "clinical" of the three plates,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,select the literature,the extraction involves the concept description of hot flashes,related diseases,syndromes and accompanying symptoms.Based on the terminology standard,syndrome syndrome split,and the establishment of the epidata3.0 database,using SPSS13.0 statistical software for frequency,frequency ratio,a descriptive statistical analysis.To investigate the diseases,ome elements and the distribution of common symptoms associated with hot flashes.Results:(1)This topic to retrieve relevant literature 4292 items about hot flashes,which relates to the concept of hot flashes 21 items,there is 1 item in the "Diagnosis",there are 12 in the "Typhoid and Golden",there are 8 in the "Clinical subjects" part.In the literature,the 19 items hold that hot flashes happens on time,while the other two documents,that hot flashes were divided into "on time" and "no" two kinds of situations.(2)This topic to retrieve relevant literature 4292 items about hot flashes,retrieve the disease involved hot flashes 1170 items,63 types of disease,the total frequency was 1170 times.Among them,the common diseases are Yangmingfushi disease,Malnutrition,Shaoyang and Yangming disease,Deficiency,Yangming apoplexy.(3)This topic to retrieve relevant literature 4292 items,according to the inclusion criteria into 2187 after the merger,consolidation,standardization of syndromes of yin deficiency and blood heat,syndrome of deficiency of Qi and Yin two,damp heat syndrome,spleen deficiency,Qi deficiency.(4)Extract syndrome elements of a total of 31,respectively.the syndrome elements of disease locations have 12:large intestine,lung,gallbladder,stomach,spleen,liver,heart,kidney,chest and diaphragm,mind,abdomen,lower abdomen;the syndrome elements of disease nature have 19: syndrome,the symptoms often appear with hot flashes that are the symptoms of fanre,night sweats;In the syndrome of phlegm heat accumulated in chest,the symptoms often appear with hot flashes that are abdominal hard,abdominal distention,abdominal pain,thirst;In the syndrome of lung yin deficiency syndrome,the symptoms often appear with hot flashes that are cough,expectoration,emaciation,night sweats;In the syndrome of spleen deficiency and indigestion,the symptoms often appear with hot flashes that are emaciation,thirst,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,big belly ribs green,pale yellow damp heat,the symptoms often appear with hot flashes that are yellowing of the body and eyes addicted,lying,abdominal fullness,nausea;In the syndrome of spleen deficiencyamp,the symptoms often appear with hot flashes that are diarrhea often face chlorosis.The body is thin and tired.Conclusion:Through the collation of literature,found that for hot flashes of Yangming disease,mostly concentrated in the part of "Treatise on and Golden Chamber",the other two part of the "Diagnosis" and "Clinical subjects",more mention is the syndrome,the disease found in hot flashes.Hot flashes can be found in several diseases,such as.the yangming disease of six jing,pediatric diseases,such as malnutrition,Ding Xi Gan,and some chronic wasting diseases,such as tuberculosis,Feiwei,postpartum diseases,There are more syndromes about hot flashes and many types of hot flashes in the literature,That does not conducive to the standardization of research.The syndrome elements differentiation method to extract syndrome elements as the core of the lesion is covered most of the information required for differentiation,disease,nature and intuitive,convenient,conducive to the standardization of research.Because of this,starting from the syndrome elements have a positive function of standardization of hot flashes and "hot flashes." as the main symptoms of some diseases or syndromes of clinical manifestations,from the main disease of standardized syndrome differentiation,but also can provide ideas for standardized study of the syndrome.
