In recent decades,China's economy has maintained a high rate of development. Our country has increased its financial input to the health sector year by year, and the level of people's health has also been greatly improved. However, under the circumstances that our country has increased health investment year by year, the burden of medical care on the residents has not decreased, but the important reason is the high medical expenses.Since 1997,the country has successively introduced a series of drug price management policies, including drug price reduction policies, centralized procurement policies, cancellation of drug addition policies, and cancellation of the highest retail prices. It has undergone direct intervention to manage the release of market-determined prices. The ultimate goal of the shift is to reduce the price of medicines and effectively reduce the medical burden on residents.Through reading the existing literature,it was found that scholars have conducted a lot of research on the effect of government price reduction policies and centralized bidding and procurement policies during the period of government intervention and achieved fruitful results. Some scholars believe that the implementation of the drug price management policy has achieved good results to a certain extent, controlled the rise in drug prices, and optimized the internal structure of the hospital;more scholars believe that the implementation of these policies has not been achieved. Some effects. In addition, the existing research only analyzes the effect of a single policy such as a price reduction policy or a centralized procurement policy, and is more of a qualitative analysis of the effect of the implementation of the local area, and fails to make a comprehensive analysis of this series of policies as a whole.Based on these predecessors' researches, this paper reanalyzes the model of drug price management in China, and sorts out the drug price management policies in the two periods of policy intervention and market regulation after 2006,and obtains relevant indicator data through the Wind database. The multiple linear regression and event analysis method comprehensively analyzed the implementation effects of China's drug price management policy from the macro, meso and micro perspectives. The following conclusions were drawn: First,in the macro aspect, the drug price management policies in two periods The drug-related consumer price index and the retail price index have a negative impact on the short-term increase in memory and then decline.Second,on the meso level, the implementation of the drug price management policy will only have a slight impact on the company's operating income, while the The profit rate and the changes in the listed company's stock price have no significant effect, nor will it increase the loss of the loss-making enterprises.Third,on the micro level, the implementation of the drug price management policy has no significant impact on the residents' health expenditure.Through further analysis of the reasons,it has been found that this series of drug price management policies has failed to realize its original intention. It is not merely the irrationality of the policy itself. It includes the common problems in many aspects including the government, medical institutions, procurement platforms, and pharmaceutical companies.Offset the implementation of the policy. Finally, this article proposes related suggestions from the macro, meso and micro perspectives on the existing problems.
