Objective: The relationship between serum parathyroid hormone in patients with chronic renal failure in hemodialysis discussion of(PTH)and nutritional status of the body.Method: A retrospective analysis in patients with chronic renal failure hospital(October2016 to April 2017)treated kidney hemodialysis center 110 in maintenance hemodialysis.(SAG)of the patients included in the nutritional status assessment based on subjective global assessment of nutritional, are good nutrition, mild to moderate malnutrition, severe malnutrition three cases.Measured by radioimmunoassay of serum PTH and serum markers in patients with other relevant groups, and correlation analysis and evaluation Pearson statistics. Results: PTH and body mass index(BMI),triceps skinfold thickness(TSF),arm muscle circumference(MAMC),serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(HB),dietary protein intake(DPI)was negative Correlation(P<0.05);positive correlation with serum creatinine(Scr)(P<0.05);and zero correlation with urea nitrogen(BUN)and transferrin(TF)(P>0.05).Conclusion: There are widespread malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Serum PTH levels are closely related to the body's nutritional status.Clinical attention should be paid to improve the quality of life of patients.
