| Objective To investigate whether the autoimmune factors are the cause of biochemical pregnancy in recurrent spontaneous abortion and the relationship between the antinuclear antibodies,anticardiolipin antibodies,lupus anticoagulants,anti-?2 glycoprotein antibodies,thyroid autoantibodies and biochemical pregnancy in recurrent spontaneous abortion biochemical pregnancy.Methods From October 2015 to March 2017,112 pregnant women with non-pregnant recurrent spontaneous abortion in the sixth obstetric clinic of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were selected as the study group and randomly selected the same period of treatment Of 112 non-biochemical gestational history of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients as a control group.For the cause of RSA,regular system screening,including autoimmune antibodies: antinuclear antibodies and antinuclear antibodies 15,anticardiolipin antibodies,lupus anticoagulant,anti-?2glycoprotein antibody,thyroglobulin antibody,thyroid peroxidase antibody The results of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and follow-up guidelines were reviewed 12 weeks apart.The causes of RSA and age,body mass index,fertilization way,number of abortions and other factors were analyzed with the chi-square test and conditional Logistic regression.Recurrent spontaneous abortion in patients with biochemical pregnancy and compare the positive rate of the autoantibodies in the study group and the control group.Results Analyze by single factor showed that impaired fasting blood glucose,Test tube transplan,abortion ?3 times,abnormal autoimmune factors,were related to the incidence of biochemical pregnancy in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Logistic regression analysis showed that IVF-ET,abortion ?3 times,and abnormal autoimmune factors were related to the occurrence of biochemical pregnancy in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion P <0.05,which was the risk factor.The positive rate of anti-nuclear antibody,anticardiolipin antibody and lupus anticoagulant,anti-?2glycoprotein antibody in autoimmune factors was significantly higher than that in control group(P <0.05),while thyroglobulin antibody and thyroid peroxidase antibody were positive There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P> 0.05).Regardless of the occurrence of biochemical pregnancy before recurrent spontaneous abortion,or after,are associated with autoimmune factors(P <0.05).Conclusion Test tube transplan(IVF-ET),abortion ?3 times,abnormal autoimmune factors and recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with biochemical pregnancy related,is its risk factors.Anti-autoimmune factors,non-tissue-specific autoantibodies such as anti-nuclear antibodies,anticardiolipin antibodies,lupus anticoagulants,anti-?-2glycoprotein antibody positive and recurrent spontaneous abortion recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with biochemical pregnancy,may be important for patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion biochemical pregnancy One of the causes.Tissue-specific antibodies such as thyroglobulin antibodies and thyroid peroxidase antibodies are associated with recurrent miscarriage but have little to do with biochemical pregnancy in patients with recurrent spontaneous.Biochemical pregnancy may be related to autoimmune factors,women who have had a biochemical pregnancy,the probability of occurrence of recurrent spontaneous abortion will rise,the next pregnancy should be actively improving the immune factors related checks. |
