0bjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect of low temperature plasma ablation in the treatment of ocular surface diseases,evaluation of its clinical application value and significance。MethodsA retrospective analysis from November 2015 to August 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University ophthalmology department of 19 cases(20 eyes)of ocular neoplasm patients,including 11 cases of papilloma,5 cases of conjunctival granulation hyperplasia,3 cases of conjunctival squamous cell carcinoma,the lesion resection combined with local ablation for the treatment of low temperature plasma.Patients were followed up for 7-28 months to observe the repair of wound surface and the recurrence of new organisms.ResultsIdeal surgical incision and hemostatic effect were achieved in all patients with radiofrequency ablation,all the wounds were repaired well,and there was no recurrence during the follow-up period in 1 cases.ConclusionsThe low-temperature plasma ablation in the treatment of ocular surface biological has good effect,there are broad application prospects in the treatment of ocular diseases.
