Chinese medicine after processing the appearance will be changed,and some Chinese medicine has unique appearance character,according to these characteristics can be used to evaluate the quality of traditional Chinese Medicine.In this study,the odor information analysis technology is Electronic nose and Fast E-nose,useing odor information analysis technology,the smell as a starting point to achieve the Chinese medicine pieces of wine,the Sulfur fumigation of Chinese medicine and the similar Chinese Medicine fast identificationAccording to the 8 kinds of wine-processed herbal pieces and non wine-processed herbal pieces of odor information,wine-processed herbal pieces and non wineprocessed herbal pieces for instant distinguishing.Using electronic nose to acquire odor information of wine-processed herbal pieces and non wine-processed herbal pieces.According to the objective data,establishing a BP artificial neural network(BP-ANN)model and using stoichiometry methods to rapid identify 8 kinds of wine-processed herbal pieces and non wine-processed herbal pieces.The results showed that PCA,DFA,SIMCA,SQC were all able to realize the distinction between wine-processed herbal pieces and non wine-processed herbal pieces.BP-ANN model performs a good distinguish effect.The comprehensive recognition rate of wine-processed herbal pieces reach to 94.6%;The comprehensive recognition rate of non wine-processed herbal pieces reach to100%;The comprehensive recognition rate of all simples reach to 96.7%.Using Heracles II fast e-nose for sulfur fumigation and non-sulfur fumigation of Ophiopogon Radix and analysis of odor components,according to the obtained sulfur fumigation and non-sulfur fumigation smell of Ophiopogon Radix by the information in the Arochembase database of different compounds for qualitative analysis.And establishing PCA and SIMCA model to realize the rapid identification of Sulphur Fumigation of Ophiopogon Radix.The results show that through the comparative analysis of Arochembase database,the sulfide of sulfur fumigation Ophiopogon Radix is more than non-sulfur fumigation of Ophiopogon Radix;The PCA model can obviously distinguish sulfur fumigation and non-sulfur fumigation of Ophiopogon Radix;The SIMCA model can achieve rapid identification of sulfur fumigation of Ophiopogon Radix.Based on the information obtained,the stoichiometry methods are used to do rapid identification Illicium anisatum and Illicium verum.The results show that there are significant differences between the odor characteristics of Illicium verum and Illicium anisatum,Statistical quality control analysis(SQC)and soft independent modeling analysis(SIMCA)model can distinct Illicium verum and Illicium anisatum;principal component analysis(PCA)can be clearly distinguished Illicium verum and Illicium anisatum;cumulative contribution rate of discriminant factor analysis Total(DFA)model was 100%,correct classification rate not less than 99%.Comparative analysis of Arochembase database based on Fast E-nose,they have similar ingredients such as limonene.The characteristic component of Illicium verum,which is characterized by sensory description,is consistent with the characteristics of Illicium verum.Odor information analysis technique can be objective evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine information scent and qualitative analysis of odor information.According to the techniq can realize the rapid identification and differentiation of the Chinese medicine pieces of wine,the Sulfur fumigation of Chinese medicine and the similar traditional Chinese Medicine.
