The Research Of The Pain Duration Observation And Survival Condition Of Needling Jiaji Points With Electrical Stimulation And Mild Moxibustion Combined With Pregablin And Mecobalanmine On Postherpetic Neuralgia Patients

OBJECTIVE:Through the needling jiaji points with electrical stimulation and mild moxibustion combined with pregablin and mecobalanmine on postherpetic neuralgia patients,to observe the pain work time and survival condition.METHODS:according to the random method,60 patients with PHN were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Medicine as a basic therapy,the treatment group received needling jiaji points with electrical stimulation and mild moxibustion,the control group received a basic therapy.After the treatment,evaluating the efficacy by the SF-MPQ ?PHQ-9?GAD-7?PSQI.Recorded the results of observation and adverse events.Follow-up the two groups after two months,and observe the long-tern curative effect observation.Results:(1)No case was dropped off in the 60 patients,with 30 cases in each group.(2)Clinical efficacy:two groups of the total effective rate of PHN is significant difference(P<0.05).and in the clinical cure rate,treatment group cure rate is better than control group(P<0.05).(3)Pain work time:Comparing the two groups,the treatment group and control group no difference is obvious(P>0.05).(4)Improve sleep quality:two groups in improving sleep quality,comparison between before and after treatment,were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The treatment group is better than control group(P<0.01).(5)Improving anxiety and depression : two groups in improving anxiety and depression,comparison between before and after treatment,were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The treatment group is better than control group(P<0.01).(6)Two groups at the end of the treatment after 1 month and 2 months follow-up:comparison between before and after treatment,the treatment group and control group in the PHQ-9,GAD-7,PSQI score before the treatment have obvious difference(P<0.01);the comparison between groups,the treatment group is superior to the control way,significant difference(P<0.01).(7)During the treatment,the treatment group had 1 patient with syncope,to a lesser extent,the rest of the patients without any adverse reactions.Conclusion: Therapy of two groups for PHN were effective,but the needling Jiaji points with electrical stimulation and mild moxibustion combined with pregablin and mecobalanmine therapy cure rate is the best,particularly in relieving the pain and improvement of survival condition.The Jiaji points needling is helpful for improving anxiety and depression.Through the follow-up,theeffect of needling Jiaji points with electrical stimulation and mild moxibustion combined with pregablin and mecobalanmine therapy for effecting of maintaining and improving quality of life is best.
