In this paper,the extraction and separation of the compounds in the mixture of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Panox notoginseng was studied.Salvianolic acid B was hydrolyzed by salvinolic acid B-esrerase into danshensu and low-polymeric-salvianolic acid.In addition,the products from salvianolic acid B by the enzyme was researched.29.2 g crude tanshinone was extracted from 100 g mixture of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Panax notoginseng with dichloromethane by three times.The yield of tanshinone was 29.2%.Then 9.69 g notoginseng total saponins were extracted from the mixtrue with 75%ethanol by three times and decolored through D280 column.The yield of notoginseng total saponins was 9.69%.The content ratios of ginsenoside R1,Rgi+Re,Rb1,Rh1,Rd,Rh2 and C-K in notoginseng total saponins were 5.01%,40.26%,20.42%,7.45%,17.94%,4.02%and 2.76%,respectively,by the method of HPLC.3.87 g purified salvianolic acid B was obtained from 35 g crude salvianolic acid B(the content was 10%)by SP207 macroporous resin.The purity of salvianolic acid B reached to 85.8%.3.87 g purified salvianolic acid B was hydrolyzed by salvinolic acid-esrerase at 45 C and pH 5.0 for 14 h,and 6.49 g crude products were obtained.After separation by Sepabeads SP207 macroporous resin,1.92 g danshensu of 99.0%purity and 1.51 g Przewalskinic acid A of 91.2%purity were obtained from 6.49 g salvianolic acid B.The yields of danshensu and Przewalskinic acid A were 49.6%and 39.0%,respectively.The product Przewalskinic acid A was identified using the method of HPLC and NMR.
