UTAUT Model Based-Research On The Medical Information Technology Acceptance And Its Influencing Factors

The use of medical information technology is gradually changing the way doctors work,as the advance of informatization in hospital,a variety of medical information technology start to be used in the hospital.In order to explore whether doctors accept the medical information technology and what are the impact factors,this paper selects the EHR technology and mobile medical technology as the research objects,modifying the UTAUT model and designing the questionnaire to research doctors' acceptance of medical information technology and its impact factors through subjective and objective aspects.This paper puts forward these improved measures includes hospital,doctors,and the promotion of the medical information technology,to expect to promote the acceptance of the medical information technology and enhance doctor's medical information ability.The research is divided into six parts:The first part introduces the research background,content,purpose and significance of the research.The current situation of research on UTAUT model,the behavior of medical information and the acceptance of medical information technology were studied by means of literature retrieval.The second part:through the introduction of the development of medical information technology at home and abroad,the definition of the concept of medical information technology.The concept of medical information is defined,the UTAUT model is introduced,and the UTAUT model is introduced.The third part:combined with the actual situation of the doctor to modify the UTAUT model,the pre survey questionnaire.The fourth part:In the release of the questionnaire,collecting and sorting and then on the basis of the result analysis..In the fifth part,the author puts forward the improvement measures from the aspects of hospital management,hospital specific work level,doctors themselves,and the promotion of medical information technology in these four aspects.The sixth part:According to previous research conclusion,the research of the deficiencies and the outlook for future research.
