Objective: In the treatment of patients with advanced cancer, compared with the acupuncture manipulation of “reinforcing in the upper and reducing in the lower” combined with three-step analgesic and three-step simple analgesic method, the efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared and evaluated.NRS pain index, routine quality of life index changes and other conditions for the clinical treatment of advanced cancer would provide new ideas and methods for reducing cancer pain. Methods: Randomized grouping method was used to divide 75 inpatients with moderate to advanced cancer pain who met the inclusion criteria into 37 cases in the control group and 38 cases in the control group.Control group: given three ladder pain treatment.Treatment group: The control group based on the combination of acupuncture treatment.Acupuncture acupoints: bilateral Hegu,Taichong, acupoints supplemented. To acupoints or cancer pain patients with similar parts of the acupuncture points for the "acupoints",the implementation of complement;to bilateral Hegu,Taichong as "acupoints",the implementation of diarrhea.Acupuncture after the gas left needle 30 min, every 15 min line needle.Once a day,6 times a week for a course of treatment. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. Finally,by comparing the two groups before and after treatment NRS scores, quality of life, and gastrointestinal tract during treatment and other adverse reactions to evaluate the efficacy of the two treatment options.Results:1.Pain intensity comparison, the control group: pre-treatment NRS score 5.57 ± 1.46,post-treatment NRS score 2.77 ± 0.94;treatment group: pre-treatment NRS score 5.94 ± 1.08,post-treatment NRS score 1.94 ± 1.26.After treatment, the NRS score of both groups improved compared with that before treatment, and the treatment group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.The total effective rate of 77.14% in the control group,94.29% in the treatment group, the treatment group is superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P> 0.05).Significantly,compared with 20% in the control group and 65.71% in the treatment group, the treatment group was superior to the control group with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).3.The quality of daily life, the control group: 75.29 ± 14.72 before treatment,82.37 ± 13.98 after treatment;treatment group: 72.34 ± 9.55 before treatment,87.60 ± 6.74 after treatment. Both groups improved after treatment compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The quality of life of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).4.The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions, the control group 71.42%,the treatment group 40.00%.The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:First,both the three ladder analgesic method and acupuncture manipulation of “reinforcing in the upper and reducing in the lower” combined with the three ladder analgesic method could be used to treat cancer pain, but acupuncture combined with three ladder analgesic was better than the three ladder analgesic method in the aspect of significant efficiency.Second, both the three ladder analgesia method and acupuncture manipulation of “reinforcing in the upper and reducing in the lower” combined with three ladder analgesic method could significantly improve the quality of life of patients.Third, acupuncture could reduce the gastrointestinal adverse reactions after using the three ladder analgesic drugs.
