Study On The Material Basis Of Citrus Aurantium For Regulating Qi Based On Spectrum-Effect Relationship

Citrus aurantium is the dried fruit of Citrus aurantium L.and its cultivars or C.sinensis Osbeck.It has the function of dispelling qi and eliminating the accumulation,reducingphlegm and dispersing the ruffian.It is used clinically for the treatment of gastroptosis,stagnation of food product,constipation and abdominal pain,as well as sputum and cough,wind phlegm and dizziness.At present,although the research on Citrus aurantium chemical active ingredients has made some progress,the rationale for the rational and effective substances of qi is still unclear.This article establishes an animal model of "fullness" and uses a“spectral effect relationship" to clarify the rationale for qi and qi.The material basis of the effect is of great significance to the development and utilization of tamping the full drug.First,we establish a UPLC fingerprint of Citrus aurantium herbs.In combination with the clinical application of Citrus aurantium therapy,the test solution was prepared by decoction.The similarity degree of fingerprints of 10 batches of Chinese Citrus aurantium medicinal herbs was compared and analyzed using the Chinese herbal medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system(2004A),and the similarity was over 95%,with a high degree of similarity.We identified 18 common characteristic peaksNext,a rat model of fullness was established.Rats were modeled with irregular feeding and tail-clamping,and the model was evaluated by observing the general condition of the rats and measuring the gastric emptying rate,intestinal propulsion rate,motilin and gastrin.The results showed that the rats in the model group had yellowish hair,soft stools,and were easily irritated.At the same time,the rats in the model group had normal gastric emptying rate,small intestine advancing rate,motilin and gastrin.There are significant differences,so the success of the full model is judged.Once again,the pharmacodynamic studie of regulating the flow of qi were conducted.Rat full-scale models were established and efficacy experiments were performed on different doses of tamponade.The general conditions of rats and the determination of gastric emptying rate,intestinal propulsive rate,motilin and gastrin were used to screen the best dosage amount.The results showed that the rats in the model group had yellowed hair,soft stools,and were easily scared and frightened.However,in the compulsive group,there was no significant change in coat color,dry stool,and mild temperament.The gastric emptying rate in the cirrhosis group was higher than that in the model group,the intestinal propulsion rate was higher than that in the model group,the level of motilin was higher in the motilin group than that in the model group,and the serum gastrin was higher than the model group.Gastrin rises in the group.Explain that rinsing water decoction can treat fullness and return all indicators to normal.Further experiments were carried out on 10 batches of Citrus aurantium medicinal materials from different producing areas.Through the observation of general conditions of rats,the gastric emptying rate,intestinal propulsion rate,motilin and gastrin were measured,and pharmacodynamic data were obtained.The result of the pharmacological effect lays the foundation for the follow-up spectral analysis of medicinal materials.Finally,the study of the spectral relationship was conducted.We used partial least-squares regression analysis and correlation research of fingerprint data and pharmacodynamic data to determine the pharmacodynamic material basis of Citrus aurantium.The analysis of gastric emptying rate,small intestine advancing rate,motilin and gastrin index showed that the common peaks 2,4,5,6,8 and 18 were positively correlated with the four indicators.Therefore,comprehensive analysis was conducted.The common peaks 2,4,5,6,8,18 may all be the main active ingredients of turfgrass.By reference substance designation,peak 2 is naringin,peak 4 is naringin,peak 5 is araucanoside,peak 6 is hesperidin,peak 8 is neohesperidin,peak 18 is nobiletin.In summary,we determined the content of the effective substances of regulating the flow of qi.The decoction method was used to prepare the test solution.We measured the contents of naringin,naringin,rhoxin,hesperidin,neohesperidin and nobiletin in 10 batches of medicinal materials.The results showed that the comprehensive analysis of 10 batches of Citrus aurantium medicinal materials showed that the content of naringin was 1.26%±0.35%,the content of naringin was 13.86%±2.29%,the content of rhodhinin was 0.07%±0.02%,and the content of hesperidin was 0.87%±0.13%,the content of hesperidin is 9.91%±2.65%,the content of nobiletin is 0.09%±0.02%...
