?objective? To investigate the difference of serum vascular endothelial growth factor and lactate dehydrogenase in gastric cancer patients and health checkers; To explore the correlation between the clinicopathological features of gastric cancer and the correlation between them;To explore the changes of chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer and evaluate the efficacy of chemotherapy.?method?Application class sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent experiment method and the automatic biochemical analyzer rate method of quantitative detection of 53 cases of preoperative patients with gastric cancer and 25 cases of healthy physical examination of serum vascular endothelial growth factor and lactate dehydrogenase levels,at the same time detection of 42 patients with advanced gastric cancer chemotherapy before and after chemotherapy in patients with serum vascular endothelial growth factor and lactate dehydrogenase levels.SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical processing.?results? The level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(366.78+148.35)pg/ml in 53 patients with gastric cancer before surgery was significantly higher than that in healthy patients(95.69+37.98)pg/ml(P<0.01).The serum LDH level(371.32+87.26)U/L of 53 patients with gastric cancer before surgery was higher than that of healthy patients(187.50+45.23)U/L(P<0.05).53 patients with gastric cancer before surgery and the level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor serum lactate dehydrogenase levels associated with sex,age of patients no significant(P>0.05),and gastric cancer tumors size, lymph node metastasis, tumor invasion and condition significantly related, statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Serum vascular endothelial growth factor was not significantly correlated with pathological differentiation degree(P>0.05),and serum lactate dehydrogenase level was significantly correlated with pathological differentiation degree(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum vascular endothelial growth factor and lactate dehydrogenase were positively correlated before chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer(r=0.696,P< 0.01).Serum vascular endothelial growth factor(449.26+151.42)pg/ml in patients with advanced gastric cancer before and after chemotherapy(439.30+141.33)pg/ml(P > 0.05).Serum vascular endothelial growth factor decreased from(455.81+140.15)pg/ml before chemotherapy to(305.48+105.25)pg/ml in the remission group of patients with advanced gastric cancer after chemotherapy(P < 0.01).Serum VEGF in the stable group after chemotherapy was(453.22+129.42)pg/ml before chemotherapy and(458.75+116.02)pg/ml after chemotherapy(P > 0.05).Serum vascular endothelial growth factor increased from(449.99+143.54)pg/ml before chemotherapy to(501.88+175.28)pg/ml in advanced gastric cancer patients after chemotherapy(P<0.05).Serum lactate dehydrogenase(382.98+102.72)U/L before chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer,and(378.30+111.33)U/L after chemotherapy(P>0.05).Serum lactate dehydrogenase decreased from(388.98+112.72)U/L before chemotherapy to(327.48+101.26)U/L in the remission group of patients with advanced gastric cancer after chemotherapy(P<0.05).Serum lactate dehydrogenase(383.22+129.42)U/L before and after chemotherapy(372.14+106.02)U/L(P>0.05)in the stable group of patients with advanced gastric cancer after chemotherapy.Serum lactate dehydrogenase increased from(379.97+143.54)U/L before chemotherapy to(467.88+185.28)U/L in advanced gastric cancer patients after chemotherapy(P < 0.01).?conclusion?1.Gastric cancer patients with preoperative serum vascular endothelial growth factor levels compared with the healthy physical examination were increased significantly, and with the TNM stage, tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and rise, likely that the levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor is associated with tumor invasion and metastasis.2.The gastric cancer patients with preoperative serum lactate dehydrogenase levels compared with the healthy physical examination were significantly increased, and the TNM stage, the degree of cell differentiation, tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis is related, can reflect the malignant degree of gastric cancer.3.To monitor changes in serum vascular endothelial growth factor and lactate dehydrogenase level before and after chemotherapy to provide a theoretical basis for predicting the efficacy of chemotherapy for gastric cancer.4.The serum vascular endothelial growth factor and lactate dehydrogenase level in patients with gastric cancer are positively correlated, which can be used to evaluate the malignant degree of gastric cancer, chemotherapy efficacy and prognosis.
