Thiamazole Tablets Yikang Capsule Combined Treatment Of Hyperthyroidism (Yindeficiency,Phlegm And Blood Stasis) Clinical Observation Of 30 Cases

Object: to further observe the efficacy and safety of anti hyperthyroidism capsule in the treatment of hyperthyroidism(yin deficiency fire,blood stasis syndrome of phlegm knot),and preliminarily reveal the effect on bone metabolism,and provide an objective basis and new idea for further clinical study.Method: 72 cases of hyperthyroidism were selected in this clinical trial,and the patients with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis were divided into groups by random and controlled grouping principles.Two groups of 36 cases,the treatment group was given Yikang capsule combined with Thiamazole Tablets,the control group was given Thiamazole Tablets,the treatment course was 12 weeks.The clinical symptoms,signs,laboratory indexes and curative effects were observed before and after treatment,and safety tests were carried out.Result: a total of 60 patients completed the study,and the remaining two patients had 30 cases.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80%(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,the control group had a total effective rate of 63.3%,and the treatment group had significant meaning(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.In the improvement of clinical symptoms,the two groups have significant significance(P < 0.05),and the treatment group is superior to the control group,and the treatment group is superior to the control group,while the treatment group is better than the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),and there were significant differences in all the clinical symptoms(P < 0.05).In the improvement of thyroid hormone(increasing TSH,reducing FT3 and FT4),there were significant differences between the two groups and groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.In the aspect of low antibody titer(TRAb),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),and there were significant differences in the two groups(P < 0.05).The two groups had significant significance(P < 0.05)in the improvement of the index of bone metabolism in the two groups(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group,including BALP There was significant difference in the treatment group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the control group(P > 0.05),and was significant in the two groups of PTH(P < 0.05).In the total amount of methimazole,the two groups were significantly more significant(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group;in adverse reactions,the treatment group was better than the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: 1.the total effective rate of hyperthyroidism,the total efficiency of TCM syndrome treatment,the improvement of TCM symptoms(anterior cervical swelling,heat of the hand and foot,dryness of the oropharynx,low back and knee,irritability,insomnia and dream),the evaluation of self efficacy,and Gai Shanjia gland hormone(increase TSH,reduce FT3 and FT)4),improving bone metabolism index(lower BALP,PTH),reducing the dosage of methimazole and reducing side effects were significantly better than the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups on the antibody titer TRAb and some symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,including multi eating and wasting,palpitation,evil heat and sweating,finger tremor,frequency of stool,but all of them were effective.The combined treatment of hyperthyroidism capsule combined with Thiamazole Tablets in the treatment of hyperthyroidism(yin deficiency and fire prosperity,Phlegm Blood Stasis Syndrome)is better than the simple application of Thiamazole Tablets,the clinical effect is affirmative,and it is worth popularizing.
