Clinical Observation Of Yiliu Analgesic Prescription In The Treatment Of Tumor Hyperuricemia

Objective:The present study was to observe the clinical curative effect of the anti-tumor analgesic party in the treatment of qi-yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis of tumor hyperuricemia,in order to prove that the party can decrease uric acid,increase tumor stability rate,improve Chinese syndromes,decrease the Biepiao alcohol prevention adverse reactions,enhance life quality,can play the role of Chinese medicine attenuated synergies tumor suppression.Method : We chose 64 cases that were diagnosed as qi-yin deficiency phlegm and blood stasis tumor hyperuricemia patients,they were randomly divided 22 cases into Chinese medicine group(anti-tumor analgesic party group),21 cases enter into western medicine group(Biepiao alcohol group)and 21 cases enter into traditional Chinese and western treatment group(anti-tumor analgesic party and Biepiao alcohol group),4 weeks for a course of treament.Compare 3 groups of cases the changes of the blood uric acid before and after treatment,the improvement situation of TCM syndrome,the occurrence situation Biepiao alcohol adverse reactions,the patients life quality improvement,and so on.The analysis of data use the software spss22.0.Results : 1.The improvement effective rate of the blood uric acid changes in Chinese medicine group was 68.2%,western medicine was76.2%,Chinese and western treatment group was 85.7%.The blood uric acid of 3 groups decreased obviously,the differences of 3 groups before and after treatment were compared have statistical significance(P<0.05),after treatment among 3 groups have no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.The tumors stability rate among 3 groups were100%,71.4%,95.2%,progress rate were 0.0%,28.6%,4.8%,respectively.3 groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The Chinese syndromes improvement the effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 77.3%,western medicine group was 42.9%,Chinese and western treatment group was71.4%,the differences of 3 groups before and after treatment were compared have statistical significance(P<0.05),3 groups of TCM symptom score improvement by comparison,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).4.The Chinese medicine group didn’t use the Biepiao alcohol,so we hadn’t compare the incidence rate of adverse reactions on Biepiao alcohol,the Biepiao alcohol incidence rate of adverse reactions in thewestern medicine group was 33.0%,Chinese and western treatment group was 9.5%,via examining 2 groups,the difference was statistical difference(P<0.05).5.After treatment 3groups’ KPS score were improved than before treatment,the differences of 3 groups before and after treatment were compared have statistical significance(P<0.05),after treatment among 3 groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Anti-tumor analgesic party treat qi-yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis tumor hyperuricemia,can effectively decrease the patients’ blood uric acid levels,increase tumor stability rate,improve Chinese syndromes,decrease the Biepiao alcohol prevention adverse reactions,improved the patient’s quality of life.
