| Purpose: Through the experimental study on the observation of radix bupleuri the mi soup treating liver stomach rift type chronic erosive gastritis with Hp infection in patients with clinical efficacy, TCM symptoms integral, gastroscope integral, Hp infection, and radix bupleuri were discussed from two aspects of theory and clinical research the mi soup treating liver stomach type with the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis with Hp infection mechanism. Method:Teference method of epidemiology, clinical collect liver stomach with patients with chronic erosive gastritis with Hp infection of the basic data and related information, and disease diagnosis and treatment process selection of 60 patients with this study included in the standard. These cases were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group(30 cases) given radix bupleuri mi soup with anti Hp therapy, the control group(30 cases) for panxi tora azole(panxi Sue), amoxicillin and clarithromycin triple therapy, both set to 4 weeks for a course of treatment. After one course of treatment, the relevant data observation indexes before and after treatment, using SPSS 18.0 software for statistical processing and analysis. Results:Two groups of TCM symptoms curative effect more significant differences(P < 0.01), the prompt effective treatment group than the control group; Within two way itself compared before and after the treatment are significant difference(P < 0.01), after drug treatment group compared with control group with significant difference(P < 0.01), indicating that the treatment group and control group both can improve TCM symptoms, but the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group; Comparison before and after the treatment group and control group itself are significant difference(P < 0.01), and after the treatment effect is compared between group no significant difference(P > 0.05), the treatment group and control group to improve gastric anvil membrane have obvious effect, and the curative effect is similar. Conclusion:Radix bupleuri the mi soup treatment of patients with Hp infection with chronic erosive liver stomach don't type in the clinical symptoms improved better than western medicine group, but in terms of improvement of gastroscope and Hp eradication is similar to western medicine treatment group. |
