The Clinical Study Of Treating Bible Reflux Gastritis (the Type Of Incoordination Between The Liver Andthe Stomach) With Ganwei Shuanghe Decoction

Objective:The purpose of this study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Ganwei Shuanghe Decoction in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis(the type of incoordination between the liver and the stomach)by improving symptom scores,changes in bile reflux under endoscopy,and safety,to provide a more systematic theoretical basis Clinical Chinese medicine treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Method:The 76 patients with bile reflux gastritis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1two groups are all of 38 cases.The treatment group is given Ganwei Shuanghe Decoction;while the control group was given Domperidone Tablets(Kuaili)and Hydrotalcite Chewable Tablets(Weidimei).Both groups have 28 days of the treatment.Observing and recording TCM symptom scores,bile reflux status,and adverse reaction events before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Comparing the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups of drugs in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Rusults:1.After the treatment,the efficacy of the two groups of drugs was compared,the effective rate of the treatment group is 85.71%,the control group is64.71%,the treatment group is significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant Significance.2.After the treatment of the two groups of drugs,the efficacy of syndromes was compared,the effective rate of the treatment group is 94.29%,the control group is 70.59%,the treatment group is significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant.3.Compared with scores before the treatment,the total symptom scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after the treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups all have a good effect.After the treatment in anorexia symptoms,the two groups have no significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that two groups of drugs all have curative effect.In the aspect of stomachache or hypochondriac pain,emotional depression,belching,gastric distention,acid regurgitation,sighing,gastric discomfort,the efficacy of the treatment group better than the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.4.Comparing the gastroscope curative effect of two groups after the treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group is 91.43%,the control group is 67.65%,the treatment group is significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.5.In terms of the safety,neither the treatment group nor the control group showed any abnormal changes during the studyperiod.Conclusion:Ganwei Shuanghe Decoction is effective for treating the bile reflux gastritis(the type of incoordination between the liver and the stomach),especially in the stomachache or hypochondriac pain,emotional depression,belching,gastric distention,acid regurgitation,sighing,gastric discomfort,is obviously better than the western medicine.It can improve the quality of life of the patients,and has the advantages of short treatment time ? low cost ? and high safety.It is an effective prescription for the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.
