Objectives This paper is to through the collection of complete cases of patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy in Tangshan Workers’ Hospital from September 2016 to March 2018,to summarize and summarize the diagnosis and treatment, master its clinical characteristics,to observe the incidence of depression and anxiety in patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy,to investigate the effect of depression and anxiety on digestive tract function in patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy。Methods This research mainly in gastric cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy were the subjects of the study, and 76 patients undergoing chemotherapy for gastric cancer admitted to the Tangshan Worker’s Hospital from September 2016 to March 2018 were studied clinically。The patients’ age, sex, stage, location, nutritional status(albumin content, lymphocyte count),body weight changes, body mass index, daily meal times, daily food intake, and poor digestive tract were examined through our hospital’s case system.Responses, anaemia, diabetes,SDS,and SAS。Statistical analysis was used to compare the correlation between these factors and patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy. The determination of bone marrow toxicity was performed using flow cytometry and CLEEQUEST software to analyze the correlation between depression and anxiety and the expression of lymphocyte subsets. Results 1 A total of 76 eligible cases were collected, including 52 males and 24 females, aged 18-80 years old;2 36 poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas,16 moderately differentiated adenocarcinomas,10 well-differentiated adenocarcinomas,8 mucinous adenocarcinomas,6 cases of signet ring cell carcinoma;3 12 cases of stage Ⅱ TNM,44 cases of stage ⅡI,20 cases of stage IV;the choice of chemotherapy regimens did not show statistical differences with depression and anxiety;SAS scale measurement: 30 patients with anxiety before chemotherapy, accounting for 39.47%;34 patients after chemotherapy, accounting for 44.74%;SDS determination: 32 patients with depression before chemotherapy, accounting for 42.11%;35 patients after chemotherapy, accounting for 46.05%,patients after chemotherapy The incidence of anxiety and depression increased, but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The incidence of moderate to severe gastrointestinal toxicity in patients with anxiety and depression was significantly different(P<0.05)between gastric cancer patients with anxiety, depression and non-anxiety and depression, and nausea and vomiting and oral mucositis in patients with gastrointestinal symptoms of gastric cancer chemotherapy.Anxiety was correlated(P<0.05),and oral mucositis and depression were also related(P<0.05)。There was no statistical difference in bone marrow toxicity(P>0.05).Compared with those without depression or anxiety,or with depression or anxiety, the percentage of CD3,CD4,and CD8 in T lymphocyte subsets was lower in the anxiety and depression group, and the CD4/CD8 ratio was higher, and the CD3 and CD8 groups were statistically significant.Significance(P< 0.05).Conclusions Patients with chemotherapy for gastric cancer have a higher incidence of depression and anxiety.Anxiety is related to nausea and vomiting and oral mucositis in gastrointestinal symptoms of chemotherapy.Oral mucositis is also associated with depression. The symptoms of nausea and vomiting in gastrointestinal symptoms of gastric cancer patients were affected by SAS scores.Perhaps as early as possible to provide psychological or drug intervention in patients with emotional problems can reduce the symptoms of nausea and vomiting in patients with chemotherapy, improve the quality of life of patients, which needs further study.
