Objective To investigate the level and change of resilience and the resilience influence factors of patients with digestive tract cancer during chemotherapy in two phases;in order to describe the resilience of patients with digestive tract cancer during chemotherapy in different phases and to provide reference for appropriate intervention methods.Method 214 patients with digestive tract cancer during chemotherapy in First Affiliated Hospital of a Medical University and Second Hospital of the Medical University between October,2015 and November,2016 were investigated;standard surgery was applied to investigate general characteristics and related disease information.The resilience level was measured by RS-14;the influence factors of resilience were composed of MCMQ,SSRS,APGAR,MDASI,MUIS-A,HHI.Epi Data is used to set up a database and SPSS17.0 software is used to analyze resilience with descriptive analysis,on the results of single factor analysis and correlation analysis,multiple liner regression method is used to analysis the influence factors of resilience and paired test is used to compare the the level of resilience in two phases.Result 1.214 surgeries were sent to the patients after the first chemotherapy and 177 effective surgery results were collected after 6 months of first chemotherapy.The resilience scores for patients after first chemotherapy and after 6 months of first chemotherapy are 72.64±7.91、76.00±7.01 and the score is higher than middle level.2.The resilience score,personal ability and personal life acceptance of patients with digestive tract cancer during chemotherapy after first chemotherapy are 72.64±7.91,52.42±5.77,20.22±2.96.And above scores of patients after 6 months of first chemotherapy are 76.00±7.01,54.42±5.03,21.58±2.60.In addition,the scores of patients 6 months after the first chemotherapy are higher than those after first chemotherapy and there is statistics difference between those two phases.3.Multiple stepwise regression method indicates that sex,homeplace,staging of disease,acceptance-resignation,social support,family function,severity of the symptom and disease distress,hope are the influence factors of resilience among patients with digestive tract cancer during chemotherapy.The resilience influence factors after first chemotherapy are sex,homeplace,staging of disease,support,family function,severity of the symptom,hope.The resilience influence factors for 6 months after first chemotherapy are sex,acceptance-resignation,social support,family function,diseasedistress,hope.Among them,the influence of hope is the most important.Conclusion The resilience scores of patients with digestive tract cancer during chemotherapy are higher than middle level after first chemotherapy and 6 months after the first chemotherapy.And resilience scores of 6 months after the first chemotherapy are higher than the first chemical treatment.Resilience have a increasing trend.There are different factors affecting the resilience of digestive system cancer patients with chemotherapy at two stages of chemotherapy.Special attention should be paid to the impact of hope and protective factors.To explore the influence factors can provide the scientific basis for the establishment of the overall structure of resilience in different stages and the targeted psychological intervention...
