Objective Through the determination of 1 months-2 years old children with severe pneumonia, pneumonia and normal age-matched healthy infants 25 hydroxyvitamin D levels, humoral immunity, cellular immunity, explore the relationship between 25 hydroxyvitamin D and infant pneumonia and immunity. Methods All the cases were collected from our hospital from August 2016 to 2017 July.50 cases of 1-6 months with severe pneumonia,50 cases of common pneumonia in children of the same age,50 healthy infants aged 7 months;50 cases of-2 years old children with severe pneumonia,50 cases of common pneumonia in children of the same age,50 healthy infants of the same age.All children were born in local and local long-term residence.25 hydroxyvitamin D levels were measured, the level of humoral immunity(Ig A,Ig M,Ig G),the level of cellular immunity(CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8),the clinical data were collected(including the sun, live momentum, past history of respiratory tract infection)were analyzed.Result The severe pneumonia group,25 hydroxyvitamin D average(19.48±9.11)was significantly lower than the average level of the ordinary pneumonia group(26.25 ±9.02)(P<0.05)and healthy group average(29.02±9.89)(P<0.05),common pneumonia group was lower than that of healthy group(P<0.05).The level of cellular immunity,CD3,CD4,CD8,the average level of severe pneumonia group respectively(59.48±9.21,35.12±7.54,22.35±5.75)is lower than the ordinary pneumonia group(63.58±8.66,37.23± 7.68,24.25±5.76)(P<0.05)and healthy group(average 65.99±8.92,37.66±6.56,26.63±5.60)(P<0.05),common pneumonia group CD3.The level of CD4 and the healthy group had no significant difference(P>0.05),CD8 level is lower than the healthy group(P<0.05),the level of CD4/CD8 in severe pneumonia group(1.69±0.67)and ordinary pneumonia group(1.65±0.64)no significant difference(P<0.05),the ordinary pneumonia group(1.65±0.64)higher than the healthy group(1.48± 0.43)(P>0.05).1 months-6 months Ig M humoral immune level in severe pneumonia group(0.67±0.38),ordinary pneumonia group(0.63± 0.49)and healthy group(0.61±0.31)no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05,Ig A)in severe pneumonia group(0.18±0.10)is lower than the ordinary pneumonia group(0.25± 0.15)and the same age healthy group(0.31±0.17)(P<0.05),common pneumonia group was lower than that of healthy group(P<0.05),Ig G in severe pneumonia group(5.76±1.58)is lower than the ordinary pneumonia group(6.92± 2.63)and healthy group(6.94±2.67)(P<0.05),the ordinary pneumonia group and healthy group had no significant difference(P> 0.05);7 months-2 years of humoral immunity level of severe pneumonia in Ig M group(0.94±0.32),ordinary pneumonia group(0.99±0.30)and healthy group(1.1±0.39)no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05,Ig A)in severe pneumonia group(0.37±0.15)is lower than the ordinary pneumonia group(0.48±0.23)and age the health group(0.54±0.21)(P<0.05),common pneumonia group was lower than that of healthy group(P<0.05),Ig G in severe pneumonia group(5.97±1.30)is lower than the ordinary pneumonia group(6.83±1.64)and healthy group(6.51±1.60)(P<0.05),the ordinary pneumonia group and healthy group had no significant difference(P> 0.05).Using chi square test to compare between the three groups of sun less and less activity differences in the history of previous respiratory tract infection found in severe pneumonia group sun, less activity, the incidence rate is higher than the ordinary pneumonia group and healthy group history of respiratory tract infection(P<0.05),common pneumonia group was higher than that of healthy group(P<0.05).Conclusion 25 hydroxyvitamin D deficiency was associated with pneumonia in infants, which may affect the level of humoral immunity and cellular immunity in infants, and vitamin D deficiency might be a risk factor for severe pneumonia...
