| Background:The healthy countryside is an important part of the healthy China,which is of great practical significance to improve the health status of rural residents in China.However,the construction of health countryside in China is still in the initial stage,and there is a lack of scientific and comprehensive implementation guideline and evaluation criteria.Objective:To establish a comprehensive index system and a mathematical model for evaluation of healthy countryside in China,and provide a scientific reference for policy makers to promote the construction of healthy countryside in China.Methods:Literature research,field interview and expert discussion methods were used to clarify the basic connotation and qualities of healthy countryside and develop the preliminary framework and candidate indicators base for the index system.Three rounds of expert consultation were conducted.The index contents were determined by Delphi method in the first two rounds of consultation.The weights of indicators were determined by analytic hierarchy process in the third round of consultation and entropy weight method.Finally a comprehensive index system for evaluation of healthy countryside was formed.The comprehensive index method was used to establish the mathematical evaluation model for healthy countryside.Results:1)The basic connotation and qualities of healthy countryside:this study considers that healthy countryside is an ideal status of rural region with healthy population and influencing factors that promote the development of population health,including six basic qualities:population health of equal development,abundant and universal health-related life,health-related services of accessibility and high quality,sanitary and livable health-related environment,safe and vigorous health-related society,regular and powerful organizational support for health promotion.2)The comprehensive index system for evaluation of healthy countryside:32 experts were selected into Delphi consultation,the effective response rates of two rounds of Delphi consultation were 94.12%and 100%respectively,and experts' authoritative coefficient was 0.86,the significance test of coordination coefficients of two rounds of Delphi consultation rejected the null hypothesis(P<0.05).The consistency ratio of judgment matrix of analytic hierarchy was between 0 and 0.0645,all below 0.1000.Through two rounds of Delphi consultation and one round of hierarchical analysis,a hierarchical and comprehensive index system for evaluation of healthy countryside was established,including 6 primary indicators,15 secondary indicators and 30 tertiary indicators in a framework composed of health status of population,healthy life,healthy service,healthy environment,healthy society and organizational support.Among the primary indicators,the weight of health status of population was the highest(0.3227),followed by healthy life(0.1976).The weights of average life expectancy and residents' health literacy level were the highest among tertiary indicators,which were 0.1088 and 0.0941 respectively.3)The mathematical model for comprehensive evaluation of healthy countryside:this study regarded the relationship between values of tertiary indicators and the comprehensive index value as linear relationship,combining with the weights of indicators,established an easily operating mathematical model and a comprehensive index to represent the status of the development of healthy countryside.Conclusion:Based on a variety of quantitative and qualitative study methods,this study established a scientific and comprehensive index system for evaluation of healthy countryside,which was consistent with national conditions and could be put into practice and promoted.The mathematical evaluation model and comprehensive health development index was developed based on the index system,which fills the blank of relevant researches and provides policy makers with scientific references in promoting the construction of healthy countryside in China. |
