| OBJECTIVE:We observe the curative effect of Fuzhengxiaojia recipe on treatment of precancerous lesions of the gastric cancer and explore the etiology,pathogenesis and evolution of precancerous lesions from the perspectives.of spleen qi deficiency,stomach yin deficiency,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis and heat toxicity to provide ideas and methods for the treatment of precancerous lesions by Fuzhengxiaojia method.METHODS:From August 2016 to April 2017,44 patients with gastric precancerous lesions diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were enrolled.They were divided into treatment group and control group,22 cases each.In the control group,4 tablets of Weifuchun tablets were taken orally three times a day;the treatment group was given the addition and subtraction treatment of Fuzhengxiaojia recipe on the basis of this,and one dose was taken orally twice a day.The two groups took 1 month as a course of treatment for a total of 2 courses.The clinical efficacy,symptomatic efficacy,gastroscopic efficacy,syndrome efficacy,main symptom scores,pathological scores,redox indexes,immune indexes and pepsinogen indexes of the two groups were observed.Result:1.Comparison of clinical total efficacy:After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared,72.73%in the treatment group and 40.91%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);2.Comparison of symptomatic efficacy:The symptomatic efficacy of the two groups were compared.The treatment group was 86.36%and the control group was 45.45%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Comparison of syndrome efficacy:The curative effect of the two groups after treatment was 90.90%in the treatment group and 63.64%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);4.Comparison of the efficacy of gastroscope image:77.27%of the treatment group was statistically different from the control group(45.45%)(P<0.05).5.Comparison of main symptom scores:After treatment,the treatment group,compared with the control group,the main symptoms of diet decreased(t = 3.924,P<0.001),stomach miscellaneous(t = 4.161,P<0.001)and stomach or ribs distension(t=2.881,P=0.009)scores decreased(P<0.05),the two groups had statistical difference(P<0.05);6.Comparison of pathological scores:After treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group,the pathological scores of gastric mucosa atrophy(t=2.160,P=0.042),IM scores(t=2.324,P=0.030),Dys scores(t=2.628,P=0.016)decreased(P<0.05),the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05);7.Comparison of redox indexes:After treatment,the treatment group,compared with the control group,superoxide dismutase(t=2.144,P=0.044),glutathione peroxidase(t=2.322,P=0.030)raised,malondialdehyde(t=3.096,P=0.005)decreased,the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05);8.Comparison of pepsinogen and gastrin indexes:After treatment,the pepsinogen I(t=2.100,P=0.048)and the ratio of pepsinogen I to pepsinogen II(t=2.169,P=0.042)were increased in the treatment group compared with the control group,pepsinogen II(t=2.138,P=0.044),gastrin-17(t=3.022,P=0.006)decreased,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);9.Comparison of immunoglobulin indexes:After treatment,the treatment group were compared with the control group,IgG(t=2.421,P=0.025),IgM(t=3.377,P=0.003),IgA(t=2.521,P=0.020)decreased.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);10.No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the medication.Conclusion:Fuzhengxiaojia recipe combined with Weifuchun significantly improved the clinical symptoms,gastroscope image,syndrome,redox indexes,pepsinogen and gastrin indexes,immunoglobulin indexes,pathological image scores,etc.It suggests that Fuzhengxiaojia recipe combing with Weifuchun tablets for the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer has a better effect. |
