Reconstruction and segmentation are two hot directions in the field of medical image processing.The image-based artery 3d reconstruction and segmentation algorithm integrates computer vision,biomedical engineering,pattern recognition and intelligent processing and other disciplines.Among them,three-dimensional reconstruction of coronary arteries is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.Three-dimensional visualization of blood vessels can reduce doctors' dependence on professional knowledge and clinical experience to a certain extent.According to clinical experience,the incidence of cardiovascular diseases is correlated with the change of carotid intima-media thickness.During the cardiac cycle,dynamic segmentation of carotid intima-media can detect the change of carotid intima-media thickness in real time,so as to prevent or timely treat cardiovascular diseases.This paper is divided into two parts:the segmentation of carotid internal media and the three-dimensional reconstruction of coronary artery.This paper introduces carotid artery,coronary artery and its related diseases diagnosis way,compared the ultrasound image,imaging,magnetic resonance imaging detection method as well as the similarities and differences of situation,this paper introduces several kinds of common medical image segmentation algorithm,including the level set method,region growing algorithm,methods of active contour model.In carotid intima-media segmentation algorithm,this paper uses the Kalman filter-snake algorithm,using the state space equation of time consistency,accurate real-time dynamic tracking performance of the Kalman filter,and the snake algorithm in medical image segmentation accuracy and other characteristics,has realized throughout the cardiac cycle of carotid artery intima-media automatic segmentation,real-time monitoring of the IMT.In the process of three-dimensional reconstruction of coronary arteries,we take advantage of the two-dimensional information of coronary angiography images,and obtained the initial three-dimensional coronary spatial model by using the classical three-dimensional reconstruction algorithm through coronary angiography images from different angles.It is different from coronary artery 3 d reconstruction using angiograms only,this article combines the intravascular ultrasound,blood vessel internal structure to make use of the imaging information of intravascular ultrasound,the advantages of the three-dimensional structure of the coronary artery trunk further visual optimization,further observation information such as vascular stenosis and plaques,finally got ideal three-dimensional model of coronary artery.
