Objective: According to the epidemiological investigation on the maintenance hemodialysis combined with disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF),this paper aims to explore the characteristics of TCM syndromes in such patients, and to study the correlation of TCM syndromes and the micro-inflammation.Method: This research has selected 200 CRF patients with maintenance hemodialysis and disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism.A cross-sectionalsurvey is conducted to collect the patients' basic information and the symptoms of TCM,etc.According to factor analysis and cluster analysis, this research explored the characteristics of TCM syndromes in CRF patients with maintenance hemodialysis and disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism.Through the investigation on the CPR of such patients and the relevant laboratory indexes, this research aims to further analyze the correlation of TCM syndromes and the micro-inflammation.Result:1?Of all the symptoms in CRF patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis and calcium-phosphorus metabolism disorder, the frequency of 34 symptoms reaches more than 10%,including lassitude, shortness of breath, poor appetite, tetany, pale throat, pruritus, abdominal distention, bone pain, and etc.According to factor analysis and cluster analysis,it is found that the TCM syndromes of CRF patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis and calcium-phosphorus metabolism disorder can be summarized as Qi deficiency of spleen and kidney with wind motion syndrome,Yin-yang deficiency syndrome, haemostasis and damp-turbidity syndrome.2?In laboratory indicators, the serum creatinine(Cr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)of the patients with Yin-yang deficiency syndrome and wind act syndrome were higher than the other types; The serum albumin(ALB)of the patients with Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney? Yin-yang deficiency syndrome and damp-turbidity syndrome decreased significantly; The Serum hemoglobin(Hb)was low apparently in patients with Yin-yang deficiency syndrome and haemostasis.3?In the related indexes of calcium and phosphorus metabolism, the serum low calcium(Ca)? high phosphorus(P)and high parathyroid hormone(PTH)of the patients with qi deficiency of spleen and kidney and wind act syndrome were more significant than other syndromes.4 ? Observation of microinflammatory markers,Serum CRP was positively correlated with Serum Ca,P and PTH;Among the main syndromes, the serum CRP level in patients with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome and Yin-yang deficiency with stroke syndrome were significantly higher. In subordinate syndromes,The serum CRP was the highest in the patients with damp-heat syndrome, followed by heat toxin syndrome and wind act syndrome.Conclusion:1?Qi deficiency of spleen and kidney and wind act syndrome, yin and yang deficiency syndrome, blood stasis and damp turbidity syndrome are more common of the TCM syndromes of CRF with maintenance hemodialysis and disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism.Disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism patients with qi deficiency of spleen and kidney and wind act syndrome are more obvious.2?Disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism is generally associated with the micro-inflammatory.The micro-inflammatory state is the most significant in liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome,damp-heat syndrome and wind motion syndrome.
