Study On The Mechanism And Clinical Effect Of Jianpixiaodu Decoction On PLGC Based On The Expression Of Bax And Bcl-2 Protein

Object:To observe the effect of Jianpixiaodu Decoction on the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 protein,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Disinfection Decoction in the treatment of PLGC,and to explore the mechanism of its intervention in PLGC.Methods:According to the criteria of case selection,30 PLGC patients were selected and treated with Jianpixiaodu Decoction(1 dose per day,taken separately after breakfast and dinner.Take 6 days a week,4 weeks as a course of treatment,6 courses of treatment).During the treatment period,other drugs for PLGC were discontinued besides traditional Chinese medicine.Gastroscopy,biopsy and immunohistochemistry were performed before treatment and within 2 weeks after treatment.The clinical symptoms,gastroscopic mucosal image,histopathological improvement and expression of Bax and Bcl-2 were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment withJianpixiaodu Decoction,the clinical symptoms of patients were significantly alleviated(P<0.05);gastroscopic mucosa and histopathological examination were significantly improved(P<0.01);the expressions of Bax and Bcl-2 were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the positive rate of Bax increased and the positive rate of Bcl-2 decreased;the total clinical efficacy:the cure rate was 13.33%,the marked efficiency was 50.00%.The effective rate was 26.67%,the ineffective rate was 10.00%,and the total effective rate was 90.00%.Conclusion:The intervention therapy of Jianpixiaodu Decoction can not only improve the clinical symptoms of PLGC patients,but also improve the gastroscopic mucosal image and pathological histology to a certain extent,and has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy.The mechanism of Jianpixiaodu Decoction in treating PLGC may be related to its effect on the expression of Bax and bcl-2 protein and the promotion of cell apoptosis.
