In the first stage of this research,the SD rat is fed with double distilled water(the concentration of CdCl2 is 100mg/L),contamination is 30d,and the toxic effect of CdCl2 on the mammal SD rat shall be defined according to the detection analysis on indexes such as the metabolism,development and reproduction etc.of the rat;the second stage shall be divided into two aspects:I.after the immune system of the rat with cadmium poisoning carries out the spontaneous remission on cadmium stress for 30d,the indexes such as detoxification enzyme activity in the rat shall be measured,and it shall be compared with the indexes before the treatment so as to discuss the influence of immune system of the rat with cadmium poisoning on its eco-physiological mechanism;such research shall provide the test basis and relevant scientific basis for the development of new rich selenium supplements which can relieve the hazards of heavy metal cadmium and increase the immune capability of human body,and it shall provide new clues and ideas for various diseases caused by human's prevention and treatment on cadmium poisoning.1.All rats act normally in eating,drinking and daily life during the raising process,without poisoning or death;2.After the drinking water of rat has been treated with cadmium for 30d,the indexes such as blood biochemistry,hemogram and hemorheology etc.between the test group and the control group are obviously different;after the rat with cadmium poisoning is treated with lavage selenium protein for 30d,the indexes such as blood biochemistry,hemogram and hemorheology etc.between the selenium feeding group and the control have no obvious difference,however,the obvious difference occurs between the self-remission group and the control group.3.According to the detection on CAT,SOD,POD,GSH-Px and AChE enzyme activity in serum after the drinking water of rat has been treated with cadmium for 30d by using the ELISA technology,we can find out the obvious differences existing between the test group and the control group;after the rat with cadmium poisoning is treated with lavage selenium protein for 30d,no obvious differences exist among CAT,SOD,POD,GSH-Px and AChE enzyme activity,but obvious differences are presented between the self-remission group and the control group.4.Dissect the rat drinking water containing cadmium for 30 days,take its main visceral organs out and then observe lesion of organs and detect indexes of organs.At the same time,use ELISA(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay)technology to determine CAT,SOD,POD,GSH-Px and AchE enzyme activity of all visceral organs.The result shows that indexes of all visceral organs of test group and control group have no significant difference and CAT,SOD,POD,GSH-Px and AchE enzyme activity show significant difference and the visceral organs have no disease;after selenoprotein is injected into rat with cadmium poisoning for 30 days,indexes of all visceral organs of selenium feeding group and control group,self-remission group and control group have no significant difference and the visceral organs have no disease.CAT,SOD,POD,GSH-Px and AchE enzyme activity of selenium feeding group and control group have no significant difference and those of self-remission group and control group have significant difference.5.The method of graphite decomposition-plasma emission spectroscopy is used to detect cadmium content in blood of rat drinking water containing cadmium for 30 days and various tissues and organs and the result shows that the cadmixum content of test group and control group has extremely significant difference;after selenoprotein is injected into rat with cadmium poisoning for 30 days,cadmium content in blood of selenium feeding group and control group has no significant diff,erence,cadmium content in all tissues and organs have extremely significant difference and cadmium content in self-remission group and control group have significant difference.Research shows that cadmium chloride may have toxic effect on rat and make visceral organs of rat infect toxin and stimulate the detoxification mechanism of key metabolic enzymes in the rat so as to give rise to the change of enzyme activity of several kinds of enzymes and it can also gather in the body of rat through the way of drinking water;gavage selenoprotein can relieve the adverse effect of cadmium poisoning on such aspects as growth,development and metabolism of rat and can also effectively remove cadmium in the body of rat.
