Study On The Chemical Constituents Of Foli Base Nelumbinis And Petiolus Nelumbinis

In this study,the chemical constituents of the Foli Base Nelumbinis and Petiolus Nelumbinis were studied and compared with those of Folium Nelumbinis Nuciferae,which provided material basis for the use of Foli Base Nelumbinis independently of Folium Nelumbinis Nuciferae and provided basis for the utilization and development of Petiolus Nelumbinis.This thesis is composed of three chapters,the studies on chemical constituents of Foli Base Nelumbinis and Petiolus Nelumbinis are discussed in the first chapter and the second chapter respectively,the third chapter summarized the research advance of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn..The acid extract part of Folium Nelumbinis Nuciferae was investigated,four compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin,isoquercitrin,quercetin-3-O-?-Dglucuronide and protocatechuic acid,and by suitable chromatographic separation conditions and methods for studies the constituents in the Foli Base Nelumbinis and Petiolus Nelumbinis.Thirty-four compounds were isolated,and thirty-two compounds were identified,structure involving alkaloids,flavonoids,triterpenoids,nucleosides,steroids,phenols and fatty acids.Twenty-four compounds were isolated from Foli Base Nelumbinis and 22 of them were identified,including 4 alkaloids,7 flavonoids and 10 others: N-methylasimilobine(1),tatarine C(2),norcoclaurine(3),litcubinine(4),rhamnetin-3-O-?-D-glucoside(5),isoquercitrin(6),chrysoeriol-7-O-?-D-glucoside(7),luteoloside(8),quercetin-3-O-?-D-glucuronide(9),quercetin-3-O-?-D-glucuronid-6''-methyl ester(10),quercetin(11),adenosine(12),inosine(13),stearic acid(14),palmitic acid(15),tetracosanol(16),pcoumaric acid(17),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(18),etradecane(19),undecane(20),?-sitosterol(21),daucosterol(22).Compounds 1-22 were isolated from Foli Base Nelumbinis for the first time,and compounds 2,4,13 and 17 were isolated from Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.for the first time.Ten compounds were isolated and identified from Petiolus Nelumbinis: hydnocarpin(1),luteolin(2),maslinic acid(3),betulinic acid(4),N-transcoumaroyltyramine(5),5-hydroxymethylfurfural(6),2,3-dihydroxypropyl palmitate(7),palmitic acid(8),?-sitosterol(9),daucosterol(10).Compounds 1 to 10 were isolated from Petiolus Nelumbinis for the first time,and compounds 1 and 6 were isolated from Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.for the first time.Finally,the history of medicinal parts,the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.were summarized in order to provide reference for the future research and development.
