Cement production enterprises have always been a place where occupational diseases are high.In the process of cement production,occupational disease hazards are a threat to the life and health of employees,and to a certain extent,the country's economic losses.In order to effectively control the hazards of occupational disease hazards in the workplace of cement production enterprises,to protect the physical,mental and health of workers engaged in the cement industry,and to strengthen the control of occupational disease hazards in cement production enterprises,it is active in the prevention and control of occupational disease hazards in the cement industry.The meaning.Based on the engineering analysis method,this paper improves the analysis process and combines the specific situation of occupational disease hazards in the cement industry,taking Ningguo Conch Cement Factory as the research object,respectively,the overall layout of the enterprise,occupational health management,protective facilities,equipment layout and production process.Analyze the other aspects to explore the distribution of occupational hazards in the production,sample and analyze the main occupational hazards of the enterprise,and combine the field measurement data,based on the test results using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,DEMATEL evaluation index analysis method and The Hazardous Substance Inhalation Risk Assessment Method calculates and analyzes the dust,noise and chemical toxic substances of the enterprise respectively,and draws the evaluation conclusions to provide guiding suggestions for the future occupational health management of the enterprise.At the same time,the enterprise bagged workshop was selected as the main research object.The distribution of dust concentration was obtained by fluent software.It was found that the dust concentration in the bagged workshop exceeded the standard,and the simulation results were basically consistent with the on-site test results,which verified the feasibility of the model.By changing the wind speed of the dust removal system,the concentration distribution of dust in the bagged workshop added to the dust removal equipment was simulated.The results show that the control effect of the dust is obviously improved,which provides a predictive basis for finding scientific control techniques and measures.In the research of dust control technology,the bagging workshop is mainly used as the main control point.By installing the side dust cover and the rear suction cover in the bagged cement loading position,the cement in the bagged cement loading process can be avoided.The dust is scattered everywhere,reducing the physical and mental harm to the practitioners.At the same time,add high-power vacuuming equipment at the transportation belt or seal and seal it to prevent the cement from leaking out during transportation.In terms of high temperature control,heat is added by adding insulation materials;noise control uses reinforcement shock absorption,improved equipment or new equipment to reduce the impact of damage on the surrounding human body.Figure [26] Table [16] Reference[50].
