Cerebral palsy is the most serious disabling disease currently affecting the health of children in China.Data studies show that the prevalence of cerebral palsy worldwide is about 2.11‰,and the prevalence of cerebral palsy in Chinese children is about 2.48 ‰.At present, there are about 100 million children under the age of 6 in China.According to this prevalence rate, there are about 250,000 children with cerebral palsy, and the rate is about 40,000 per year. The disease seriously affects the independence, activities and daily life of children. The ability to participate in society and the quality of life affect the improvement of the quality of our population.Every year, the loss of new cerebral palsy patients in China brings great mental and economic burdens to individuals, families and society, and it also causes a series of social problems. The current assessment of the immune status of children with cerebral palsy and the incidence of infection is not clear. The project aims to detect the clinical symptoms of children with cerebral palsy by detecting various humoral immunity and cellular immunity in the blood of children with cerebral palsy, and to evaluate the cerebral palsy by evaluating the immune index and the inductive rate of the inpatient rehabilitation center before and after the test. The relationship between immune function and clinical symptoms and severity and rehabilitation effect of children, and then through interventions such as boosting cerebral palsy in children with cerebral palsy, reduce the incidence of infection in children with cerebral palsy, enhance immune function of children, and promote neuromotor development in children with cerebral palsy To improve the effect of rehabilitation and treatment,to achieve the reduction of disability and disability into the society, not only can reduce the family's economic and spiritual burden, can participate in work to create value and grow the overall population quality. This study is conducive to strengthen the understanding of the immune function of children with cerebral palsy, and provides a theoretical basis for the immune regulation of children with cerebral palsy, and also lays a solid foundation for future clinical application. Objective:To examine the effects of humoral and cellular immune function in children with cerebral palsy of 1-3 years old and whether immunomodulatory therapy can improve the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsyMethod84 children with cerebral palsy who were hospitalized and rehabilitated in Henan Maternal and Child Health Hospital(Zhengzhou University Third Affiliated Hospital)from May 2017 to May 1818,and 100 children who came to our hospital for normal physical examination were treated with immunoturbidimetry and flow.Cellular technology detected peripheral blood humoral immune indicators(IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,C4)and T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+ / CD8+,CD19+,CD16+CD56+)and performed statistical analysis. The GMFCS grading system divided 84 children with cerebral palsy into mild(I grade n=18),moderate(II-III grade n=40),and severe(IV-V grade n=26).The humoral and cellular immune indexes of children with different severity of cerebral palsy were compared.84 children with cerebral palsy were divided into two groups according to age, gender, severity and clinical classification, namely the experimental group and the control group,42 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,ie exercise therapy, occupational therapy, sensory integration training, physical factor therapy, supplemented by acupuncture and massage. The experimental group was combined with the immunomodulatory therapy group on the basis of routine rehabilitation therapy. The immunomodulatory therapy was performed by using 5% glucose injection 50 ml + thin glucoside injection 1ml intravenously, once a day,and resting every 10 days after continuous intravenous infusion.20 days,1 course per month. The cell and humoral immune indexes of the children were compared after 3 courses of treatment, and the incidence of hospitalization during the hospitalization of the two children was compared and statistical analysis was performed.Result:There were no significant differences in the levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+ / CD8+,CD19+,CD16+CD56+)between children with cerebral palsy and normal children(P>0.05).There were significant differences in IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,and C4 between children with cerebral palsy and normal children(P<0.01).The differences of humoral immunity indexes of IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 and C4 in children with different severity of cerebral palsy were compared.Kruskal-Wallis H test was used. The distribution of humoral immune indexes in each group was not the same, and the difference was statistically significant(IgA,IgG,gM,C3,C4(P<0.01).After using the Bonferroni method to correct the significance level, the distribution of humoral immune index in each group,IgG: in children with severe and moderate cerebral palsy(P<0.01),and children with severe and mild cerebral palsy(P<0.01).The difference between children with moderate and mild cerebral palsy(P<0.01)was statistically significant.IgA: There was a statistically significant difference between the children with severe and mild cerebral palsy(P<0.01)and the children with moderate and mild cerebral palsy(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the children with severe and moderate cerebral palsy(P> 0.05).IgM: There was a statistically significant difference between the children with severe and mild cerebral palsy(P<0.01)and the children with moderate and mild cerebral palsy(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the children with severe and moderate cerebral palsy(P>0.05).C3: There was a statistically significant difference between the children with severe and mild cerebral palsy(P<0.01)and the children with moderate and mild cerebral palsy(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the children with severe and moderate cerebral palsy(P> 0.05).C4: There was a statistically significant difference between the severe and degree cerebral palsy children group(P<0.01)and the moderate and mild cerebral palsy group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the severe and moderate cerebral palsy children group(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 and C4 between the control group and the immunomodulatory therapy group(P>0.05).After treatment, the humoral immunity levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 and C4 in the treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hospital sensation in children with cerebral palsy in the treatment group was 10%,which was much lower than that in the control group.Conclusions:1.Cerebral palsy children have humoral immune defects compared with normal children of the same age.2.There was no significant difference in cellular immunity between children with cerebral palsy and normal children.3.The more severe the condition of children with cerebral palsy, the more serious the humoral immune deficiency.4.Bozhi Glycopeptide can improve humoral immunity in children with cerebral palsy and reduce its in-hospital infection rate.
