The Clinical Observation Of Yuyin Pill Combined With Tiaojingzhuyun Granule In The Treatment Of Hypomenorrhea Due To Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression

Objective:To observe the changes of menstrual volume and TCM syndromes before and after treatment in patients with hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and liver depression type treated by Yuyin pill combined with Tiaojingzhuyun granule,and to evaluate the effectiveness of Yuyin pill combined with Tiaojingzhuyun granule in treating hypomenorrhea,so as to provide theoretical basis and effective methods for clinical treatment of hypomenorrhea.Methods:Thirty-three patients who met the diagnostic criteria of hypomenorrhea and TCM syndromes and excluded organic lesions from the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to September 2018 were collected in this study.Taking 28-day menstrual cycle as an example,Yuyin pill(1 pill/time,3 times a day)was taken orally on the 5th day of menstruation to stop taking it when menstruation came,and Tiaojing zhuyun granule(1 bag/time,3 times a day)was added one week before menstruation came(21 days of menstruation)to the end of menstruation,for a total of 3 menstrual cycles.To observe the changes of menstrual volume before and after treatment,the changes of TCM clinical syndrome score,and the changes of serum gonadal hormones(follicular estrogen,luteinizing hormone,estradiol)levels to analyze the curative effect.Drug Source:Yuyin Pill and Tiaojingzhuyun Granule are both self-made drugs in the pharmacy of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results:There were no adverse reactions and other complaints during the study.The total effective rate was 93.33%.After treatment,the menstrual volume was significantly increased,and the serum estradiol level was significantly increased(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FSH and luteinizing hormone did not change significantly before and after treatment(P>0.05),but there was no statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Yuyin Pill combined with Tiaojingzhuyun Granule can increase the menstrual volume of patients with hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and liver depression type,and significantly improve their clinical symptoms.2.Yuyin Pill combined with Tiaojingzhuyun Granule can improve the estradiol level in patients with hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and liver depression type.3.Yuyin Pill and Tiaojingzhuyun Granule are effective in clinical application,which provide an effective treatment plan for the treatment of hypomenorrhea with traditional Chinese medicine.
