ObjectiveTo observe the effect of thymosin on the quality of life of NSCLC nude mice receiving cisplatin chemotherapy(DDP),and to explore the possible mechanisms mediated by intestinal microbiota.Methods1.Establish NSCLC nude mouse model,collect intestinal lavage fluid from mice,extract bacterial DNA by MiSeq sequencing and sequence,analyze bacterial composition and difference.2.Separate the heart,liver,lung and kidney,HE stain,observe the effect of thymosin on heart,liver,lung and kidney.3.The body weight of the mice was measured to observe the effect of thymosin on the body weight of the mice.ResultsMicrobial abundance and diversity were significantly reduced in NSCLC nude micereceiving chemotherapy,but increased after thymosin treatment.The bacterial community between the DDP treatment group and the DDP plus T?1 treatment group was significantly different.Administration of thymosin improves the composition of the gut microbiota to a substantially normal state.DDP plus T?1 group,mice gained weight and reduced internal organ damage.ConclusionThymosin can increase the abundance and diversity of gut microbiota,maintain the balance of gut microbiota in cisplatin-treated NSCLC nude mice,and improve the quality of life of cisplatin-treated NSCLC nude mice.
