Clinical Research On Guizhitang And Yupingfengsan Decoction In Treating With Chronic Urticaria Of Nutritive Qi And Defensive Qi Disharmony Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of of Guizhitang and Yupingfengsan decoction in treating chronic urticaria of nutritive qi and defensive qi disharmony syndrome,to compare the changes of serum levels of total IgE and the effectiveness of symptom control before and after treatment,to evaluate its safety and recurrence rate,and to briefly explore the mechanism of this prescription.Medthods: A total of 80 patients with chronic urticaria of nutritive qi and defensive qi disharmony Syndrome were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group based on the randomized controlled trial method.In the experimental group was treated with Guizhitang and Yupingfengsan decoction orally.The control group was treated with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets orally.Changes in UAS7 score before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,as well as changes in serum total levels of IgE and CU-Q2 oL score before and after treatment were recorded.Efficacy,recurrence rate and adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results:1.Comparison of general information:A total of 80 patients met the inclusion criteria of this study and received treatment,and the actual number of completed patients was 75,5 patients withdrew from the study,including 2 patients in the experimental group and 3 patients in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,gender and disease course(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of clinical efficacy:After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the UAS7 score of both the experimental group and the control group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).3.After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM concomitant symptoms in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The scores of TCM concomitant symptoms in the control group there was no significant difference between before and after treatment(P > 0.05).The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group.4.After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of CU-Q2oL(Quality of life questionnaire for patients with chronic urticaria)in the experimental group and the control group,there was a significant decrease in both groups(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,the experimental group was superior to the control group,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).5.After 8 weeks of treatment,the serum total levels of IgE was significantly lower in the experimental group and the control group than before treatment(P <0.05).but there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P >0.05).6.(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the experimental group,markedly effective rate was 39.47%,total effective rate was 81.58%;the control group,markedly effective rate was 37.84% total effective rate was 78.38%.(2)After 8 weeks of treatment,the experimental group,markedly effective rate was 57.89%,total effective rate was 89.47%;the control group,markedly effective rate was 56.78% total effective rate was 83.78%.(3)No matter after 4 weeks or 8 weeks,there was no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group in markedly effective rate and total effective rate(P > 0.05).7.During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.26% in the experimental group and 16.22% in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).8.After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 13.64%,and that of the control group was 47.62%.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Guizhitang and Yupingfengsan decoction and Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets have definite curative effect on treating chronic urticaria of nutritive qi and defensive qi disharmony Syndrome,but the former is obviously better than the latter in reducing recurrence rate and adverse reactions.
